I've eaten here 3 times now, and each time my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The friendly staff, the reasonable prices, and the delicious thick sliced French toast are what keep me coming back here for breakfast every time I come through town. If anyone I know is coming to the area, I'd recommend 1853 Bistro Bar & Grill for a superior breakfast experience. I can't wait to come back!

Today people are getting so bad. So you call to place an order to go while you're staying at the hotel casino. They deny you!! They say we can't take orders from the phone Go online!!!. What has happened to the world where you can't get actual customer service. They say it's cuz someone ordered and never paid. Well use your brain! Take phone orders and either bill it back to the room or have them pay in advance ?. I guess today people are just too dumb!!!!! ??

The service staff was really nice, place was pretty quiet not a whole lot of diners though I expect that has more to do with it being a Thursday morning. My husband ordered the egg stuffed biscuits with chorizo gravy (kinda looked like cat vomit) I ordered the breakfast chimichangas with the hashbrowns. The hashbrowns came out super crispy with a lovely golden brown finish. And tasted very bland with out any kind of seasoning or flavor. All in all my biggest take away was the food being very bland and flavorless and expensive. I felt like I was eating the heart healthy diet options in a hospital cafeteria.

It's fine dining and the food was great. The waiter, the kitchen manager and the host checked on me. I had the rib eye which was cooked just right. It was worth it for sure.

A step back in time of a very fine dining experience. What an amazing evening from the moment Alan greeted us at the door and escorted us to our table.Justin, our server, stepped in to introduce himself, offer our menus, water, and bread with a wonderful dipping sauce while also taking our drink order.Justin returned with our drinks and shared thoughts of the menu selections. We started with an amazing seafood melody of lobster, scallop, and shrimp fondue as our appetizer. Followed by two perfectly prepared tender filet mignon, a shared baked potatoe, sautéed mushrooms all prepared by their excellent chef.Justin checked on us often, as did the restaurant manager Troy. We followed dinner with an amazing dessert and closed the place down after an unforgettable dining experience.Thank you, 1853, for a perfect evening.
