Celebrating an early birthday with my teenage Son and Husband after a fun filled day at Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna, NE. The view of Omaha from the table we were seated at was amazing. I was born and raised in Omaha and moved away late 2007, it was amazing to see the downtown area of Omaha from the view we had. The food we ordered was amazing, including the water and soda, it tasted nice, cool and crisp. The warm bread served with butter was top notch! The steaks we all ordered were cooked to perfection and the sides we had, indescribable, but very delicious. The salad I got was tasteful and my Husband and Son enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup, it was nothing I've taste tested before. The experience overall was 5 stars. Thank you for the selection of seating us at that table and the customer service we received. The waitress and other lady "Moon" had the best customer service I've had in a long time; they made our experience enjoyable. Thank you so much as a first timer here.

I'm so sorry the 360 will be closing soon. You could see it is struggling When you're at the restaurant at 7 and they are out of prime rib, hash browns and other items it's just matter of time.

We've had great experiences here before, but this visit was just okay. Drinks took a while because the server said the bar was backed up. One of our steaks had to be sent back since it wasn't cooked enough. The other steak was still really rare instead of medium, but we didn't send it back. Nothing was bad, but overall it felt a little mediocre this time.

The food was very good with the exception of the garlic mashed potatoes. They totally lacked flavor and were watery. After a few bites, I just left them. I didn't tell the server because the server wasn't the most attentive. The server stood at one table, talking to an older couple for a very long time. We waited and waited, and when she did come over, we asked for a couple of things and never did receive them. After that, she returned to that table and stopped and visited with them again. The lady that was assisting her was very attentive and maybe a little Too much. But when we did need something, neither one was around.

Our experience was great, good food, drinks and atmosphere. Our waiter Amini was the absolute best! Very nice atmosphere without the view, would've been just as happy to eat there without the extra fee for the view, it's a nice view but not worth the extra money.

Been here twice both for a business meal and the service has been absolutely amazing. First time we had a full 4 course meal and this second time was more low key salads and appetizers... and both times we couldn't help ourselves it was delicious. We will be back

We celebrate our wedding anniversary at 360 each year. Normally the filet is so buttery tender and juicy it could be cut with a butter knife. Last night it was tough, dry and no flavor. Very disappointed in our meals. Husband added grilled shrimp to his steak, said it lacked flavor as well. For the price not sure if we celebrate here next year.

From the onion soup to an amazing rib eye steak accompanied a delicious herbed risotto to the creme brûlée, nothing disappoints. What always makes the night memorable is sitting at the bar, taking in the breathtaking views while being served an amazing cocktail by the one in a million bartender Sara and her sidekick manager Tiffani. These ladies are legendary. You will be treated like family whenever you find yourself seated in this incredible restaurant.
Ordered med rare prime rib. Got a well done sent it back got another well done. Didnt eat it and they wouldnt credit our bill. Dissapointed with a 75 dollar piece of shoe leather

I have always had awesome steaks here, however this time our Filet was stringy, tough and had an odd taste. This was the worst filet I've ever had...

Our server, Beth, was exceptional.. we were never rushed as each course was brought . The prefix meal was a great deal for the money. Will definitely go back.

The prime rib was excellent. The best that we have ever had from 360 restaurant. It was very flavorful and tender. All of the other times that we have had prime rib, it was from good to really bad. I want to back tonight for another slice.
