It's okay, I've been here twice now and breakfast is okay, beds are okay. However the wifi is a small issue, the password I got the second time didn't work and I had to find a work around. Overall it's an okay experience. But I have to say the price is nice.

Drinks were terrible, onion rings were cheap tasting, waited for our waitress to sit at a table and eat before bringing our check. Won't be back

We went to eat . The fool was on the cool side, not hot. They made up some jalapeno peppers . The whole place was coughing from the smell of the peppers. We had to leave because of breathing problems.

Great sports bar! Good place for someone traveling alone or a group of friends. No shortage of seating with a perfect view of multiple screens from every seat. Watch the brick oven pizzas being made while keeping up with your team. The pizza isn't a thick or thin crust, in the middle, with a nice crunch. Homemade chili, not too salty & no noodles! Plus, it comes with the sour cream, cheese, & onions, no charge. We didn't get a picture of the delicious wings before they were all gone!Friendly staff each time we've been here. They are just the right mix of attentive but not annoying. We will continue to stop in when we stay at the Ameristar in Omaha. Highly recommend.

Absolute joke. No play once so ever, might as well throw money on the floor you would have a better chance at winning anything. Then when you get done "playing" all your money and are a higher card they insult you with a 10 dollar comp to eat. Definitely have went down hill over the past 2 years unfortunately

Took 30 minutes to get my food. Food was wrong. Took them another 20 minutes to bring me a fried egg with my order. Told them I didn't want it and they did nothing to try to remedy the situation. Ruined my night.

You are supposed to seat yourself. Servers will look you in the eye when you seat yourself and not take your order. I had to ask the cooks where to place my order before a server assisted me. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes just to get a menu and drink during my hotel stay. ??

If you're going to have seat yourself as the only option. Then only wait certain sections, don't have self seating
Sat myself, waited 20 minutes, no one came up to me at 830 on a Monday. One waitress was literally cleaning right next to me, did not ask if I had been helped.

Here's a hint, if someone at a bar or sports bar doesn't have a drink, or menu, they probably just got there and need to be waited on.

This place continually disappoints. It’s too bad it’s the only real food option at Ameristar. The food itself is super mid and the service is GARBAGE. I’ve been in here now at least a dozen times…no matter how slow or how busy, it always take 5+ minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the bar. Want another drink? Forget about it. The only thing keeping me here is my PennPlay points.

Had a steak that came out RARE! When we were finished, the bartender came over and asked how everything was. My buddy didn't want to say anything but his steak was not the medium rare he asked for. It wasn't blue, but it sure as heck wasn't medium rare.Anyway, we tell the bartender and he gets a manager. The manager basically dismisses us and says, "Well, we'll comp a beer because most of it you ate." Maybe tell your bartender to pay more attention to customers than the Mavericks game that was on TV Sunday afternoon! So frustrating. I had an empty drink for over 10 minutes. He never came over from the time we got our food until the time we were ready for our check. So yes, his fault for actually eating his food because we had to go and nobody checked on us.My food was good so that saves a star. Not sure there will be for me, but do better next time.
