It was a pleasurable experience to dine here. The place was comfortable and not loud. The buffalo chicken salad was excellent. Not a place to go for wine.

Its okay.. just a mediocre place. Food came out at different intervals for the 8 of us. Had to ask several times for our salads. Got wings (teriyaki, garlic parm, rosemary sweet chili) and they tasted okay.. again nothing special. Onion rings really crunchy. Too crunchy. Server told us we were the only guests to have reservations, but tables that got here later than us still got food sooner than us. I would never recommend this place to anyone or probably ever go again. Took forever just to get a check. Bad food, bad service, but the booths and look of the place is kinda cool.

Fair Warning: the “Buffalo chicken pizza” has zero Buffalo sauce, chewy old dark meat chicken chunks (added bonus of tendons!) and an absolutely overwhelming amount of bleu cheese (not listed in the pizza description). $25 absolutely wasted. The chicken was chewy and it was clear it had been sitting in a warming station (not hot) for at LEAST a day … our stomachs are still angry about it.

The onion rings were pretty good, they were huge but incredibly greasy still (grease is expected but dripping off it while eating is a bit much) served with good ranch.

The $18 wings (10 total) claim to be “jumbo” wings but the only thing jumbo about them was the flavor and the price. They were good but when you factor in the price it just isn’t worth it.

The ice water was a 10/10 - they have the “good ice”

Service was great which is why I gave 2 stars. Literally the only reason.

The prices are what we consider “stadium pricing” which I suppose is what you get when dining near an event center but they should seriously consider taking $3-4 of each item. C‘mon… $10 for Tostitos pizza rolls for a kids meal 😳

We’ve attempted to dine here 3x - first two was a 30+ minute wait so we assumed the food was really good so we gave it a third shot and it was a huge disappointment. We will never return, not even for the good ice.

Thought we'd try a different place, so first time there. Host asked how many (3) looked at other host said "I don't know where to put them" walked us to 2 different tables then back to front. Saw several open tables. Ended up in an awkward green booth difficult to converse with other party members. Waitress was nice but but service was mediocre. Everyone's food came out at different time and wasn't very good. Take away was Big Kels was a Big Disappointment, would be hard pressed to return

Between the cost of food and how it was, I'd skip this if you're looking for food. Got the big kels Meatballs and they were terrible, smelled like cat food and the texture was similar. Bbq chicken pizza was way too pricy for the canned and shredded chicken on it. Wings were tough and cold when they came along with the pizza. Which very well may have been a grubhub error but next time I'm in Omaha/Council bluffs I'll be sure to skip this experience again. You want decent delivery pizza and wings just order Marcos.
