First time trying this place and ordered take out over the phone. Was disappointed that they got our order wrong. I asked for 2 x 3 items, both the same with ribs, brisket and chicken. One order was minus brisket and had catfish instead. Wasn't too happy about that. Food was really good. We will go again but will make sure we get what we ordered.
All on in all, we had a good meal at the Boxer. Everyone liked there BBQ. They had a power outage the night before, so things were a little out of whack there that day. I plan to go back and see if they can go from 4 to 5 stars.
We may eat there again but will not go out of our way to go back. We had an appetizer: a small order of Moink balls. They were tasty; however, three meatballs for $11 is too pricey. We ordered a certified Angus beef brisket sandwich and a Happy Heifer sandwich, each sandwich came with two sides. We had mac-n-cheese (tasted like it was from a can), baked beans (a tasty small portion), and honey cornbread (a tasty good-sized portion) as sides. The service was great, our food came...
