When I went to pick up my order the cashier was extreamly rude and disrepectful. I spoke to a manager who said he would give a refund but would only do so at the end of the night. I have never received a refund. It took 40 minutes to get my food when I was told when I called in that it would be 20 minutes. I didn't received silverware or salad dressing. The receipt has $ 20z Ranch on it. I only received napkins because I asked the manager for extra napkins. I assumed there were already napkins in the bag but there was only the food. The cashier didn't provide me a receipt and I asked the manager for one. When he printed it the printer was out of paper and he put a new roll of paper in it. It took 3 minutes for my receipt to print once it started printing.

Food is hit or miss, there's usually something wrong either with the nachos having light toppings or stale tortilla chips. Usually it's overcooked wings or very under sauced. Once in a while though it's all excellent!
The servers clearly don't want to be there though, or at least that's how they act like. They may be under staffed and overwhelmed... Maybe?

We ordered food for pick up and we waited for over an hour after it was scheduled to be complete. No reason was given for the delay. By the time we got our food, it was cold as well as missing items. If you want to eat at this establishment, never do take out. I have not had one good experience with this process.

Me and my wife walked in greeted immediately ask for a booth he ran and cleaned one off. Our server Jacob was awesome smile just did amazing

Brittney did everything absolutely perfectly. She got her drinks right away. She took our food order. Our food came out in a timely manner. She checked back with us to see if we were enjoying the food. Anything we needed she was able to get for us immediately. it was a breath of fresh air to see someone so on top of their game. I truly wish they were more like her out there. Britt can expect me to be back and requesting to sit in her section absolutely phenomenal!!
