I've only been here twice an both times I didn't get the freshest potatoes wedges they were over cooked an just weren't good, even the other food we order wasn't as good as I've heard it being for $40 worth of food I definitely thought it would be better but I don't know if I will be coming back.

MOLDY BREAD!! After spending almost $30 , we found MOLD on one of our Original chicken sandwiches!!! Lost our appetite for the rest of the evening & no compensation of any kind was given when I arrived back to the store with sandwich to show proof. ? Barely a have as apology, & refund was given. Definitely lost our business for good after this!

Drive-thru screwed up my order royally. The guy they had running the window lost my order with only one car ahead of me. All I wanted was their $5 Whopper jr duo deal. When I get to the window, they had an order for someone behind me. I should've just driven off right then, but I had already handed them my card. I re-ordered at the window, and somehow they interpreted it as ONLY MAYO, ONLY MUSTARD, despite me not having uttered those words. So when I got home, that was literally all they had on my WHOPPER JR. burgers besides the patties! This was the *saddest* BK experience of my life.
I think next time I'm in the mood for BK, I'll go to one of the other ones.
Last time I placed this order, the final total was like $5.35... so while they're giving me LESS food by jacking up my order, they're also charging me two dollars more for some reason. (Also when I told the guy at the window about the mistake, he was audibly cursing. Not that it bothers me, but that's not what you do when you're helping a customer. C'mon dude.)

This particular BK apparently prefers drive thru customers than dine in. I was hungry and just wanted to eat something, so I went inside. I had to find an open door as the door next to the parking lot was locked. The restaurant was clean and had zero customers inside. Ordered food, and people were pleasant enough. Food was fast food - just ok. It was around 8:00 p.m. and nobody was inside. Typical fast food, ok

Ordered two chicken wraps no tomato's!! And one of the new Philly wraps. Was very disappointed!! All of them had barley any chicken on them With tomatoes!! They were smothered in ranch!! And the Philly one had cold peppers and onions on them!! So it was a ranch tortillas with a bite of chicken and a bit of lettuce and soggy tomatoes!! And there pop and ice and water machines were down. So when we ordered combos. Didn't get anything to drink with any of them!!! This burger king has gone down hill and should just be closed down!!

The Burger King on 35th down the street didn’t take cards once got to window and then this Burger King said my entire order back to me and then gave me the opposite of what I asked just go to McDonald’s they don’t know how to train there employees
I've only had great experiences at this location. Food is always fresh! Line can get a bit long but they always seem to have your food ready once you reach the window.

Pleasantly surprised. Service I had was great, punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. Fries were crisp and not soggy. Restaurant was also very clean. Biggest con: soda fountain is far from the main seating area.
