My husband went through the drive through our total was $45.25.. our first charge was $60.17 then the correct charge appeared for $45.25.. not only was we over charged by $60.17 but was shorted a fry and burger from our order. When I called I asked how was the situation going to be resolved Kimberly the manager told me we had to wait a few days for the money to be returned and that’s all she was going to do. I asked for a corporate number.. there wasn’t one and there was nobody else I could talk to for a few days!! Very poor customer service at this location. We don’t live far from here so this is normally our go to.. NOT ANYMORE!! We are always shorted food and have to return to get it.. this time is was money so who knows when it will or if it will be returned.
If there was a way to give a no start rating I would... I drove all the way from Omaha just to get a chocolate shake... I ordered it on the app and went to pick it up and no one would answer at the order Island so I went to the window, same thing so I went back to the island and still nothing, went to the window and now this time I knock and I see a large woman dealing with Hershey pies but she wont acknowledge that I'm there I think the horn and nothing... I don't get it they took my money and I presume my order got placed but the staff here wont even come to the window... It's disturbing and did I mention I made this trip at 2:00 a.m. on to of all...

Service was great. Pretty quick. The cashier was friendly. But when I got my order it wasnt even warm. It was almost like its been sitting for a few hours

This place is clean and the staff was very nice. The problem is that there must be a daycare too. One of the staff had their children with them at work and was running around and bouncing around. I realize this is BK but do not bring your children to work with you.

When I was on my way to work I don’t appreciate people, spitting and drowning my sandwich and ketchup. I couldn’t get a refund because the doors was locked at after a certain time when they weren’t supposed to be. I threw the sandwich in the trash when I got to work. So that’s why I will not be eating you guys food anymore.
The black haired girl at drive through is so rude I'll never return. Treated us bad 2 days in a row. Very very rude

Horrible horrible experience, i had an online mobile order sat in the drivethrough for over and hour, i ate my food in the parking lot and car watched, it took over 20-30 minutes for a car to even get past the order board to pull up, i watched over 5 cars leave the drivethrough
ALSO they arent using the right patties, i ordered a bacon king, they gave me whopper patties instead of bacon king patties, and this isnt the first time theyve done it, theyve been doing this for a while now and ive come back a few times just to make sure, theyve forgot one of my patties this time, i went inside and they confirmed my suspicions, they shouted for their cook to make me a whopper patty
I will be making a complaint and calling corporate

My family went to the drive through to try to order food and we had to wait to order for over ten minutes and the drive through employees was very rude and unprofessional this happened at 9:04pm

I stopped here on my way home from out of state this morning at 3:03 am 10/02/2025 and was greeted at the drive thru with rudeness. The person literally stated that they aren’t taking customers orders just DoorDash pick ups with an attitude. Literally no one was in the drive thru line but me. I asked how long will they not be taking orders and the woman replied again with an attitude saying, I don’t know. I honestly wasn’t going to order after I was greeted with the first statement. I was curious to ask just because I leave reviews on poor customer service. To the woman on the intercom if you did not want to work then you should’ve came to work. Remember how you treat customers is a reflection on the business that you obviously do not own. Take a customer service course especially if you are going to apply to work for a restaurant that serves the public.

The new General Manager Randie is beyond lazy. Just sits on a chair and yells at the employees and sometimes the customers as well. Barely ever helps the crew when they are in a rush. Would never show up if one of the employees would call her and ask for help. Definitely not a good choice for the general manager

Receiving wrong orders, missing items and cold food especially in the mornings early lunch time constantly.... they just simply dont care... quality of the food and service is more important than quickness...
