Amazing workers they were very respectful from the women at the front counter to the lady's making my food. It was served very hot and fresh and on top of that the customer service went beyond that granted I used a coupon that's sent to me through the mail. I highly suggest this burger king on Broadway because they genuinely care not just about the food but about there customers.

I normally like this location but today they wouldn't redeem my offer from their app. All these doordash orders going thru fine but they tell me their system is down and won't do anything about it. My app shows that it did go thru so what someone else gets my food and I had to leave still hungry. Just beyond disgusted.

The way you have to purchase from the menu is ridiculous now. Lost my business for sure. And yes, Burger King had decent food. Just ridiculous prices now selling only separate items. Very disappointing

A violent thunderstorm just passed through my area. Many people without power. It's 1:20am. The line in the drive-through is 7 cars long. I get to drive thru menu and order. I was acknowledged nicely as soon as i got to speaker phone. When she got back to me, she was pleasant, and i didn't feel rushed. At the window, everything went smooth. A genuine smile from the cashier didn't project stress (I would have been). A++ for the late crew. P.s. the other Burger King down the road had problems and couldn't take payments.
