Pulled in the parking lot saw someone who didn’t look like a employee inside so I thought they would have been open but the doors were locked I have a big van so can’t go throw drivetru called to see if we can order online and they can bring it to us but no answer this was on 2/18/22 around 8:00pm they weren’t busy but couldn’t pick up Burger King you’re losing out on money
The employees needs to have more training in cuatomer service as does the manager... I asked for the numbwr to corporate and she gave me the number to the store.. I calles the number assuming I was calling corporate and she said well you can call Tina tomorrow morning.. I said well arent you a manager.. why cant you give me corporates number.. I have orders I have to go have a good night and then hung up on me!!! Confused to as how an order that cost 16.65 wnded up costing 20.66.....read full review
