We had a wonderful experience with the staff this evening! We went to get dinner and the lady on the speaker was SO perky and amazingly sweet. Her name was Becki. She made me smile so big and gave me (a 20 yr old) a crown and called me a pretty lady. Truly the best experience that I've ever had at a Burger King. Thank you so much for the smile you gave me and making my husband happy too!!

Absolutely the best burger King in council bluffs hands down staff is amazing and the store is very welcoming inside plus they have a slushy machine in the lobby

I'm a local, I live just down the block. These people complaining are probably snobs and need to go back east to their fancy city Burger Kings. This is a good burger king, not bad at all. Wear your crown with pride, King.

Never Will I go there again. I ordered a double whopper. It was a left over from sometime earler today and it was nasty. I took one bite and fed the rest of it to my dog hope he dont get sick. Bad enough. I paid 8 or 9 dollars for it Why can't they make it at least fresh when I order it?
