This location has a limited lot size and is up in a hill as compared to all the other Council Bluffs locations. It is handicap accessible and was surprisingly clean inside during the lunch rush. I placed a big order and didn't have too long to wait. There were zero mistakes, and everything was hot and fresh. To the girl that handed me my food with the worst attitude after snatching my card out of your co workers hand. If you can’t talk back to your customers when they ask a question and communicate properly, you shouldn’t work in customer service. The attitude to anyone was ridiculous.
