Ordered 2 burgers and value fry but only got 2 burgers cause her phone call with her friend was more important than her job. Didn't even wanna try to go back and get it considering I was on my lunch break. Definitely will be going to a different one from now one

Stopped in around 9:30 PM on Monday after the Sapp Bros was out of fried chicken. Am I glad I did.
Ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr. and Medium Fry. Food was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Honestly felt like 1996 all over again back when they opened. Whatever they're doing currently...they're doing it right.

This used to be my go-to BK, but it's gone downhill lately. I've got an inkling of a feelings it's due to a new manager that started showing up. She parks everyone just to boost her store times, and then still hands out subpar food. I hope things turn back around, but I will be avoiding this location for now.

This place has gone downhill, and I won't be back. Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was asked to wait a moment. It turned into 10 mins and wouldn't respond again. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only vehicle. When I drove to the window, the two ladies were standing there laughing and ignoring me. Burger King has become a real disappointment.
