Burger King used to be good now. They just hire people that don't care about the food that's serving for the last couple years. I've been traveling the United States. Make sure you check everything!!! First they didn't give us the tots and after waiting an additional 25 minutes They gave the wrong size tots. Onion rings were soggy after I asked for extra crispy.... Absolutely awful!!!

If I could leave a minus I would the food was just plain nasty you couldn't eat it. Ordered fries didn't get them. Ordered a Philly wrap that was on there web site but when we got there to pick it up they said they didn't have them Ordered chicken fries requested ranch dressing they said you have to pay for it but on there site you get 2 for free that's all I ask for. Someone needs to go there and train these employees

Blue haired manager was very rude and barking orders at the employees, we had 3 different people talk to us and another employee was clearly trying to cooperate but she was yelling at her and confusing her on what to tell us because they still hadn’t cooked our burgers after 7 minutes. As a fast food worker myself I wouldn’t let her do that and If I come here again I hope she’s not there.

Also we are here yesterday as well and the service was just as much of excellence last night as it was for lunch today. We are last night around 620 pm. Shout out to the night crew as well for being a commendable, honorable, and respectable team. Food made to excellence and positive bright attitudes. ✌️🙂✝️
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces as it's also a truck stop SAPP Brothers.
Kid-friendliness: They greet each child with respect and a great big smile with a BK crown.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheel chair they have handi capped parking and if you dine in you have access to remain in your wheelchair and eat.
For 3 sandwiches and 1 fry and 1 onion ring we waited almost 45mins in the drive through while multiple staff just stood there laughing and joking around
