This store was one of the dirtiest caseys I have ever been in --'the floors and bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned for DAYS. I was completely appalled and could not even consider getting anything to eat from their food area. Employees just sitting with no obvious concern for filthy store.

I call and ask if they have a tire pump to basically be mocked and made fun of for having a speech impediment this morning. so i yelled at the worthless employee. don't call about anything unless you want to be de graded by employees. never go to this location ever. the employees there pride themselves on bullying customers. so if you like being bullied go there. you can tell managers condone bullying of customers.

I generally like Casey's, but this location has never provided me with a good experience. Very dirty. The door handles look like they haven't been cleaned since the pandemic. There are always at least 5 people in line and usually only one cashier. Even when there are two there are going to be ten people in line. They never have the nicotine product I am looking for. A couple upsides are the staff are usually friendly and the pumps are usually working and have easy access to the road heading west.

Bad gas today 01/13/24 got gas went to walmart then parked car after getting home went out to start and go somewhere 30 mins later car would not start.

I've been to this place a number of times over the years and it's generally a good experience. My daughter and I went a couple weeks ago in the morning and all of the natural lights that comes in through the front windows is really nice. We didn't get gas this time but the inside was clean and the employees were smiling and in a good mood. All in all, a general good experience at a Casey's.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, received an all cheese pizza where the cheese was all slid off of the pizza into one corner and no sauce.

I ordered a large Beef pizza and two sodas on DoorDash. The wait time said 35 minutes. Over 50 minutes later, I got a call from the DoorDasher apologizing because Casey's misplaced my ticket, and they were just starting to make it. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not only the wrong kind, it was also still white and doughy. When I called to let them (Casey's) know, they said it was the Dashers fault for giving us the wrong order. While I can accept the Dasher possibly giving us the wrong pizza if they had more than one order, it doesn't explain Casey's misplacing the order, and then it being mostly raw

On June 29th I filled up my truck with premium fuel. Next morning my truck wouldn't run. Found out they messed up and put diesel in the wrong tank. It has been 8 days now and I can't get anyone at their home office to call me back. I got 1 email on Wednesday asking to prove I purchased fuel. I still can't talk to an actual person. It cost me $3000 to get my truck back today7/14 Heard from someone on a recorded line that said it will be 60 to 90 days for them to do an investigation. If I want paid faster i can turn it into my own insurance or sue them. I am filling out paperwork for small claims court since I'm not going to have my insurance go up for their mistake
