Jace, close to his name. He was awesome. He provided great service. Very personable, told the manager how much we enjoyed him. We were there Wednesday afternoon. Council Bluffs location.

Poor customer service. Messed up our to go order. They have done this several times. I won’t order to go from them ever again.

Bunch of incompetents misplaced my order in the kitchen and when i arrived to pick it up they told me 10 more mins, asked few times and their answer was we are busy but in few more mins your order is going to be ready, at the end they told me that the order was misplaced in the kitchen, an hour after that i got the order and an apology. That kind an apologies are just excuses for their lack of attention.

Horrible experience. We knew they were busy and that was ok. We were a table of 6. Orders wrong and missing items. Kitchen staff brought out our food and it was a mess. We had to ask for coffee, rolls, contiments, drinks etc....over and over again. The server said hed get missing items and didnt come back. Had to ask him multiplectimes for the same thing. He never came to check on us. My dad finally went to the kitchen doorway to get someone to give him syrup for his cold pancakes. We recieved 40% off our meal. My dad usually never complain's but as we were paying he was asked about our service. The manager assisted us. We wern't expecting a discount. But it was a nice way to show thier concern.The food was good as it always is. We will continue to dine there as we have for many years. Very under staffed for a Sunday.

We were on a shopping trip and decided to stop for lunch. We were greeted and seated. Toni was our server and she did an excellent job with recommendations and serving.

Greasy, cold chicken. Dry food. It was near closing so the chicken probably sat around. They were in a hurry to get off work.

Service is usually better. It was well over 5minutes before we received 2glasses of water & our eggs were cooked incorrectly. But our server was very stressed & he had a decent attitude. Then the store didn't have the 1item I wanted to purchase. But they still have the best pancakes on this planet.

The food was great but the biscuits were NOT Cracker Barrel quality. They were hard and flat instead of fluffy and flaky. They never should have been served. I mentioned it to the staff before we left.

The food was over cooked and cold. We waited so long for it to come out of the kitchen we didn’t bother sending it back. Our server said they had 2 new cooks. Personally I think it sat under the feat lamps too long.
