The staff was very helpful and friendly. They greeted us when we entered and gave additional farewells when we left. The food was food and prompt. Custard was also yummy. They had quite a bit of staff. Some were standing around. There was food and trash on the floor that could have been picked up, not in abundance but noticeable. Having the football game on was nice to watch. I also loved the support for local farmers with a QR they offered. Overall great experience.

I’ve been to 2 Culver’s in my life, neither were well functioning. My most recent visit had, no paper towels in the bathroom, slow service, poor food and the ketchup dispenser was empty. Not to mention how bad their lid dispensers are. It’s like they don’t want you to get a lid because they make it so difficult to get one out, and if you do manage to get one it’s crushed.

One of the worst Culver’s locations in the Omaha metro.
They were running a special for their limited-time Cereal Concrete Mixers, advertised as an “A Lil Bit of Everything” Mini Mixer Flight — three mini mixers, each with a different cereal flavor, for about $9 (the price of two).
Instead of giving me three separate minis to compare flavors, they dumped all three cereals (Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch) into one tiny cup, along with both vanilla and chocolate custard. That’s not a “flight.” A flight is meant to be multiple small portions so you can try each flavor separately — like a beer flight. This was just a messy mash-up.
The store was busy, so I didn’t argue and threw the concoction away. I sent feedback through Culver’s website and the next day was contacted by General Manager Johnna Gorka, who was polite and offered to have me back for the “correct” version free of charge. I asked for a refund instead, and she agreed. She said an envelope with my cash refund would be ready for me later that day since they couldn’t process a card refund without my card present.
When I arrived at 6 PM as instructed, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. They said they were texting the manager, but she hadn’t responded. At that point, I told them to forget it — they could keep the refund.
Between employees who don’t understand their own promotions and management that can’t follow through on promised solutions, I won’t be returning to this location.
Culver's is great. They have an awesome variety of food to order from. The don't skimp on anything... if you order something with cashews, you get so many! Lots of different options for sides. Kid friendly as well as adult and elderly friendly.

People didn’t acknowledge my family when we ordered 2 mixers and we waited a long time to get poorly mixed mixers everything on the middle not mixed in the whole thing at all and seems like a waste of money. Don’t go to the location food not made right and workers are arrogant and don’t care bout their jobs and think it’s ok to give people bad food. Go to a diff location with better workers.

I walked in the door and smelled some kind of sewer gas. They had fans running but I think they should have been closed! I told my husband and SIN that we could eat outside but they said they would be ok eating inside 😔 The food wasn't that good. 2 of the Ketchup dispensers were empty. I haven't been here for a year and won't ever come back to this one.
