Horrible costume service. They made blizzard wrong and when I returned to have it made correctly she argued with me that it was right. They refused a refund but offered to remake and it was still wrong. That definitely is not a Reese piece’s blizzard for the 2nd time 😡

I come to this location because it's close....not anymore I won't. For the 3rd time in 4 days I gave them the chance....it's not hard to make a blizzard. On day 1. Medium Carmal truffle blizzard add snickers. Got a small blizzard and no snickers (heath instead) Day 2.. no fries in my meal Day 3. ordered chocolate covered cherry blizzard....what i got was strawberry blizzard with chocolate magic shell. Do your jobs coffexrly!! It's not hard!!

Was getting same ice cream I got from another dairy queen which was delicious (Madison ave DQ) So I order oreo brownie cupfection cams out to $0.98 more then the other DQ then the portion was below the cup filled with maybe half a cup of ice cream one tiny brownie and then the rest of the cup was all hot fudge and I paid a near $1 more at this location. Then the manager came to the cashier and started slapping things on the cash register had the cashier scared and didn't remember the $20 I gave her ridiculous. Avoid eating your ice cream at this over priced under portion location because their 2 more that are actually better and worth going to this one is out to get over on you.

The ice cream tastes rotten…. The entire place is sticky…. The employees are soooo rude….. I’ve been waiting since 2015 when I worked here as a teenager for this place to go out of business. Why am I still eating here? Cmon Doug. Do better.

Not a bad experience. Treats are always great. Staff seem unhappy at times but it's the nature of the business I guess.
Both times I've gone the blizzard was made wrong. No peanut butter topping in the reeses pieces cookie dough blizzard either time.

We visited mid day for lunch no rush no lines. Went chose to go into restaurant to sit down and eat. Place was pretty gross. High chairs were broken and covered in grime. Tables could use a good scrub down and a good sweeping in the dinning area probably couldn't hurt. Ice cream was half melted and the fries tasted like they had been cooked in really old oil. Soda fountain drinks did not taste very good either. Offered no straws for drinks lids were pretty non existent as well.

My chocolate peanut cluster blizzard was like soup!!! It was dripping all over. Not eatable, more like a thin milkshake...and it taste like bananas, yuck!
