I have always loved Doughboys but the last couple of time we have ordered the Chicken Tia pizza we have et gotten the noodles on top disappointed ?
Again I have been very faithful to dough it’s but their management team needs a training session if a delivery is going to take two hours you may want to suggest to patrons to pick up the order and when you call back to say someone is coming to pick up the order and your BUSINESS phone number states they can’t answer my call WRONG!! And trust me a restroom visit doesn’t take 30 minutes!!

Doordash showed store as open. Placed an order and it went through. Obviously never received it. Please update your hours on doordash and don't accept payments when you aren't open.

Super fire came fast and hot best locally owned pizza in council bluffs (and they open late!!!!)

Very flavorful food! And great prices! We left very full and will definitely be back again! Great service and friendly staff!

If i could rate 0 i would!!! The owner is very rude i asked for no onions with witnesses she said i didnt now i am have an allergic reaction and she wont refund or anything. She tells people to pull up. Very unprofessional!!!

Husband ordered delivery but we never received it or a refund. Probably shoulda looked at reviews beforehand since that seems to be a trend with this place.

Am at a loss for words. This place is so disgusting. Food was cold and under cooked. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Health department definitely will be getting a phone call from me. Just very rude staff.

Amazing customer service.. The lady who helped me treated me like I was a guest in her own home and want to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of..
