In all honesty these are the best cookies I’ve EVER had I would rate higher but I can’t keep up the good work stay blessed🙏
My favorite are frosted sugar!
Cookies are always so soft and fresh.
I like the cookies, but it's getting so you need to figure out if you want a dozen cookies or do your kids really need to go to college??

I've been coming here for 9 years and today the cookies were so hard they cut the bottom of my mouth. I took them back in and they said this is typical I'm sorry but no that's not. Just gave me another box from same time made cookies hard... Never

Will never go to the Council Bluffs location again. The frosted sugar cookies were thin, crunchy, not fresh, tasted old. Nothing compared to the cookies I get in Omaha. Very disappointed.
Not a fan of the ladies that were working. My child ran behind the counter. It wasn’t safe I get that, but the nasty look she gave to her other worker was not necessary and no thank you come again?! Honestly the customer service could have been better. Ijs oh and it smells stinky in the building… not sure if it was the floor cleaner you use or something with the baking but it’s a very unpleasant smell

Friendly staff, delicious cookies.
Don’t have one of these in our area, but had heard about them, so decided to try one out when we found one along our path. The place was clearly suited to make a lot of cookies. You can see clear into the back, and 90+ % of the black is for employees to have room to make and bake these sweet treats. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t know that id say these cookies store out agains other delicious cookies, but they were good nonetheless. And to clarify, I’m not talking about comparing them to grocery store or prepackaged cookies…. I’m talking about comparing them again other cookies of a similar style. For example, Penguin Ed’s, which is a BBQ joint in Fayetteville, makes some dang good cookies, and they are much larger than even the large size cookies here. So I wouldn’t say these have been our favorite, but certainly nothing to complain about, as they are quite a tasty cookie.
Looks nice outside and inside.Very friendly staff - next time I will find the right cookies! ?

Great place for good cookies ? ??
We got 200+ cookie decorating kits from Eileens for a community event recently. I was impressed with the kits, staff was great to work with, and I even grabbed a few other kinds of cookies when I picked up the kits. All were very tasty & the kits were a hit!
Love the oatmeal chocolate chip! Good prices and staff as well.
The best cookies!! They are SO good and so reasonable! $7 for a dozen!! We like the monster cookies and oatmeal scotchies the best.
They make amazing cookies and offer fabulous service and delivery.
