The staff is great! I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me choose a drink. I ended up with something resembling a chocolate peanut butter cup, and it was delicious! Also had some lemon macaroons, which were scrumptious!

I've been going to Em & Livs since shortly after it first opened.. They have a huge variety of teas, both caffinated and herbal, coffees, and delicious smoothies. Their food offerings have progressively become more varied, more delicious and more extensive, including gluten free options. I love the cozy, welcoming environment and Maggie's willingness to provide other offerings for her customers: pop-up shops , workshops, etc. Em & Livs is a great addition to the 100 Block.

Em and Livs is amazing! I love the warm atmosphere and conversation that you can have with people. If you want a quite place you can find that too. The staff is amazing and are there to help you find just what you’re looking for or make a new suggestion. They don’t have a drive thru, but they make up for it with amazing service and great quality coffee. I will make the trip inside every time as it’s worth it. You should go try this amazing coffee shop it’s worth it ! You won’t regret it.

Em and Liv's hard bean coffee is a quaint little place. They have lots to offer. Home baked goods as well. They have seasonal drinks to choose from. I like to purchase their ground coffee for home as well. The Irish cream and the red, white, and blue coffee is so flavorful. The staff is really nice and they do an amazing job. They offer some Lunch choices as well. The chicken salad was really yummy. If you are looking to buy local, Em and Liv's hard Bean coffee is your new place to go!

Great coffee shop in Council Bluffs. Great hours to snag something tasty before work. Friendly staff happy to make just about anything you want! Very fast too which I appreciate. I used to get Starbucks before work but now I go here because it is locally owned, much tastier and easier to get to! Also the egg bites are delicious! Looking forward to trying their snack packs/lunch plates from Oasis next time I go around the lunch hour.
