Went in for a 3 inch turkey sandwich. It cost $8.00 (rounded up) and took 19 minutes to make it. Overhyped and I'll pass on this place in the future.

2nd issue with their delivery, I understand it's a 3rd party , but this time delivery never came called the store they say they can't help directed me back to the app and no results guess I'm just out the money , if you put your name on it stand behind it , they guy I talked to at the store did try to help but still I'm out $20 no food and not getting my money back do t use the app 2nd time it's been an issue!

A coworker and I regularly door dash your sandwiches. Never disappointed until today. We both ordered hook and ladder which we have had many times. The bread was stale and the sandwich itself was sloppy with very little meat. Not up to your standards for sure

Today I woke up and chose violence, because this is my 3rd bad review of the day. First it was chipotle, then McDonald, that my hangry big back waddled my way over to fire house subs. I making this review because the bread was a little bit dry and they could have been more generous with the meat for the price. Although this is the best review of the day, it’s still not the best fire house and I would recommend rolling around the corner to go to Freddie’s instead of this kinda depressing sub shop.🥪😭
