I liked it here. Honestly, these guys surprised me with great service. And the store was squeaky clean, too. I don’t mind going back.

The food was great, but the staff all have attitude problems. The shorter girl working the register with black hair had a sour look on her face and kept mumbling. When I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and practically yelled at me. Another guy working there wouldn't even hold the door open for someone as he was coming in, and they were holding a lot of food. They need to clean the dining area better, too. There was trash on almost every table.

This place you pull up must be closed all the time. Open signs off. One short, dark-haired guy is mean mugging you. Rude, sits on his phone won't help you. This place used to be good. I've been going here since day 1. Not anymore. Jersey Mike's is better and only 900 ft away.

Kid-friendliness: Employees always welcome kids and offer a fire hat! Kids love this and it keeps them busy while they wait for their food. Kids also love the flavored soda machine.

I just watched the manager and two others stand idle as one employee was hustling to get people's orders made, while the other three were "shooting hoops" with trash into the trash can. The three young men were very unprofessional and it was irritating as hell watching them. Fire them, and give the guy making the sandwiches a raise. I tried to give him a $10 cash tip but he refused it and stated that he couldn't accept.

Won't be going back. This was my first visit to any of these restaurants and was left embarrassed and mad. I order my meal and was asked to tip on top for take out. I usually give none because workers are paid to do that job already without extra service. I tipped 10% for xmas instead. They ring up the order, and the cook gets the ticket, he looks at me then all his other workers and said "that's all he is giving me!", with sarcasm over the tip. They make my order and get home to find it purposely made wrong. I look at my receipt to confirm my original order was taken down right, but the cook did not give me that. I was the only customer in the store and only sandwich being made at the time.

Firehouse subs has become my absolute first choice when I want a sub! The first time we went there i got the smokehouse brisket and cheddar and I haven't strayed from that sub yet lol every order every time...it's always the smokehouse brisket and cheddar! The people working are always friendly and quick and it's always clean inside!
