The food was great, but the staff all have attitude problems. The shorter girl working the register with black hair had a sour look on her face and kept mumbling. When I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and practically yelled at me. Another guy working there wouldn't even hold the door open for someone as he was coming in, and they were holding a lot of food. They need to clean the dining area better, too. There was trash on almost every table.

Kid-friendliness: Employees always welcome kids and offer a fire hat! Kids love this and it keeps them busy while they wait for their food. Kids also love the flavored soda machine.
