I ordered a freddy’s double with bacon meal with fries and said I wanted extra Freddy’s Fry Sauce packets. Guess what I got? 2 packets for the whole meal, 2 jalapeño packets (not what I asked for) and the bbq freddy’s sauce packets (also not what I asked for). Fries were stale and hard. Burger was good. Probably wouldn’t come here again

Horrible customer service at front counter. Night shift on 11/22/25 The establishments dining area was absolutely disgusting. I wont be back.
And the lack off work ethic from employees to keep dining area clean makes me wonder what the kitchen must be like.
Find a broom and sweep, wipe off the tables. Manager here is too friendly with the staff from what I can see.

My husband and I want to say thank you very much to the team at Freddy's, especially Aaron, the manager and Trace an employee who both came running out to the parking lot when my husband's wheelchair flipped over due to the cracks in the parking lot. They were most sweet, considerate and checked on us throughout our meal. They also gave us our meal which they didn't have to do and then as we were leaving they even had somebody walk out with us asking if we needed help. Trayvon again, thank you to all the crew here and we look forward to coming back again and I appreciate it especially

Every time we go to this location the employees are amazing! They are kind and respectful. My son is on the spectrum and the younger employees that were in school with him always make time to speak with him and see how he has been doing since graduation. Tonight we went to the drive thru and I was impressed again with the kindness and service provided. Thank you to all of the young adults for being so amazing and kind.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a double burger meal. One burger. One fry. One drink. After waiting at the window for a while I was told to pull up to a overflowing trashcan. The guy ahead of me ordered 5X what I ordered and did not have to wait and 2 of the cars behind me also did not have to wait. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I was handed my food where the burger did not have anything on it other than 2 pickles. I'm not sure if this is standard or not but it was off putting. 13 dollars for the meal was not worth it as the burger tasted mediocre and the fries were nothing special. I'd rather go anywhere else for food than go here again. I hope this is not how every new customer is treated.

Freddy's is always amazing I had gotten a spicy chicken sandwich and the original double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a water the only thing I would suggest is that they learn how to make malts better because it ends up just being more of a shake
