Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This place is going down hill fast. You can't get more than 3 Patty's on a burger. They act like they don't know how to ring in just a patty. The store is dirty, they don't clean their tables. They don't honor ads. The soda is flat most of the time. It used to be my favorite place to go eat but now I avoid it as much as possible.

TWICE I've given this place a chance and won't be doing it again. If you order condiments, DO NOT plan on getting them. DO NOT expect your burger to have any kind of sauce on it. Do you want a drink with that? TOO BAD. You won't get that either. BUT if you want melted ice cream, then drop by and place an order.
A message was left with the manager, and ample time was given before this review.
Beware people! Save your time and money and don't even bother with this location.

The California Burger was actually pretty good - good size, and good flavor, the french fries which are like shoestring Fry's are very nice crispy but soft, and the custard Shake is very good

In my past experience with another Freddy's, they have been great. But the one south of Omaha Nebraska, I will never stop at again!! Let's just say other Freddy's have set the bar high. In my opinion this one might as well pull their sign down and put up the golden arches. Then they might be able to meet their standards. I could not get waited on after 5 minutes. I had to go back outside and go through the drive thru. Added 20 minutes to my stop there. At that location it should be drive thru only, it seems that they don't have the etiquette to host dine in customers.

Wait time for food has gotten shorter now and the service seems a bit friendlier ever since they got a different manager hired. Him and his staff were upbeat and working hard from what I observed. Manager jumped right in to assist the team. Would go back just because of his terrific customer skills. Great job everyone! Plus the food taste a little better but maybe that's due to the atmosphere. Only complaint is the burgers are too thin. Add a little meat Freddy's corporation! The fries are an unusual size but tasty. Would love to see a swiss mushroom burger added.

Ordered 2 shakes and a concrete manager took our order we sat and waited 10 minutes nothing go ask oh our machine is down it be 10 minutes for us to make it. Sit another 10 minutes finally ask for our money back. Manager tells us oh we can’t do that what never heard of that! He offered us 2 free meals are you crazy! I just want my money! Finally got angry walked out tired of talking to a manager that couldn’t help a customer wet poor customer service all he had to say at the beginning was sorry our machine is down but no he was letting everyone else order it as well. So now we are out $20! Highly recommend NEVER going there! We will NEVER be back!!

There was man smoking pot in the bathroom. The entire place was very gross. Tables and booths were not clean.

The manager is amazing!!! We forgot our money at home,we stayed there while my husband ran to grab it, the manager went ahead and gave us our food so we could have it fresh and not wait...my husband came back with money I went back up to pay... the manager is extremely nice!!! ?
