I ordered a freddy’s double with bacon meal with fries and said I wanted extra Freddy’s Fry Sauce packets. Guess what I got? 2 packets for the whole meal, 2 jalapeño packets (not what I asked for) and the bbq freddy’s sauce packets (also not what I asked for). Fries were stale and hard. Burger was good. Probably wouldn’t come here again

My husband and I want to say thank you very much to the team at Freddy's, especially Aaron, the manager and Trace an employee who both came running out to the parking lot when my husband's wheelchair flipped over due to the cracks in the parking lot. They were most sweet, considerate and checked on us throughout our meal. They also gave us our meal which they didn't have to do and then as we were leaving they even had somebody walk out with us asking if we needed...
