Full Fledged Brewing Company

Nice brewery with very creative brews and both indoor/outoor seating.

I got a flight to sample their specials. Their paper didn't match the online so they no longer had the corn beer I wanted to try, and was out of one of the two specials.

I got a chili beer (their special it was the chili beer but brewed with fruit), a gose, nut brown, barleywine, and a berliner weisse. I was extremely impressed with the special. I got takeaways of the chili beer - it is fresh and gardeney.

The gose is fantastic as well. The barleywine - tastes like a dark IPA, not longform typical content. It's a barlrywine to drink if youre not into barleywine. No soy sauce here.

The nut brown was solid, but my favorite is definitely the chili beer.

I recommend them to stamp /mark the tapped out beers to let folks know and to rotate thst info out of the website in sync with the menu changes.

Wonderful beers. We had two flights so we tried 10 beers total and it would be difficult to point out a favorite because they were all so good. We mainly stuck to the lighter beers, so pales, IPA, sours, and hefe. All outstanding. I have added this location to my favorites and we will definitely be coming back on our next pass through the Omaha area.

This is one of those places that are a must visit if you're visiting...or driving by on the 80.

This place is amazing. The people are amazing, the wide selection of award winning beers are amazing and the whole atmosphere is THEE happy place for anyone’s happy hour and all hours. Bonus - the swag shop is full of wonderful options too

This brewery has top-notch beers. There wasn't a bad beer in the bunch. They were all balanced, flavorful, and on point. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this delightful brewery! They have solid core beers that span multiple popular styles, and frequently have creative rotating small-batch brews that you can't find anywhere else. The space is large, they partner with the local restaurant a few doors down for free delivery, appear to have a pulse on other community businesses that they can partner with and offer plenty of parking. This is the definition of what a "third-place" should be!

Really, really good beer!

Best brewery in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. Vast selection of choices, including a Hefeweizen (which other breweries seem to neglect adding to their menus). I'm such a fan that when I travel and airbnb, I leave a few of my favorite beers behind as a gift to our hosts. I've been to several breweries across the US and FF is my all time favorite!
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere.
