Delicious pizza, and sides, potato wedges were seasoned just right, monkey bread was also great, I also had the salad bar, everything was fresh, with a good selection.

The food was good but the service? Horribly unprofessional.
We ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup for our family. I alone went in. There was a guy in the kitchen hollering "what do you need??" Or something, but not looking at me. I thought he was talking to me, but he turned his head and he had airpods in. When he finally notices me standing awkwardly at this point, he comes to the front and simply says to me "name?" While still having a conversation on his airpods. I tell him and he tosses the food on the counter like he couldn't be bothered and walks back to the kitchen still on this conversation.

I dearly love a Godfather's pizza; it's a shame this particular store is inept. Twice I've ordered Taco and gotten home only to open the box and find I paid the extra price for a plan hamburger. But no time to drive back and have them remake it. SO, heads up, CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. Photo attached... does this really look like Taco pizza??? And to think I left these idiots a tip :)

Well my delivery was on time and the only thing correct. The order was not correct, short items, and had spoiled vegetables on it.

I worked for godfathers for roughly 5 years here on Pearl street starting as a cook, clerk, and driver. This pizza is wrong on construction, showed up missing portions of my order, and covered with spoiled lettuce and tomatoes after being cooked. Clearly the staff takes no pride in their now very over priced product. You would think a $30 pizza would be a bit more appealing.

Definitely want to give the loudest shout out to Austin he’s a very genuine member of their management team. On the darkest of days the food and the friendly smile as well as his welcoming personality is by far above and

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight because I hadn’t been feeling well. Best decision ever! Our large super combo pizza not only looked amazing, but it was cooked perfectly and had an even distribution of toppings all over it.Our garlic cheese bread was soft and the cheese was a little browned and bubbly and tasted phenomenal! We were so full we have to save our dessert (cinnamon streusel monkey bread) for later, but that looks delicious as well.It also was delivered in a timely manner, about 20 minutes before we we’re expecting.Well done Godfathers!

I used to work for godfather's many many years ago and the food used to be amazing. And actually he was good. Just not too long ago. It was great. Not too long ago. But my last two times going to godfathers has been horrible. One time was a buffet at one time was 2 days ago. I ordered a small specialty pizza and a medium on topper breadsticks and cinnamon monkey bread which the cinnamon monkey bread was excellent but the medium pepperoni half pepperoni half hamburger pizza was a bubble on the pepperoni side was just one big bubble. No pepperoni's hardly and the other side was one big bubble and all the hamburgers pushed to the middle and all the cheese they pushed in the middle so there was really no pizza. And the small pizza was not half and half. It was about 3/4 and a quarter. They were way overcooked. I know I've worked in the pizza business for many, many years and I actually managed godfather's Pearl Street West Broadway for a long time. I knew Mike gottschalk very well . Though he don't own it anymore. I know he's got a lot of pull in the industry. I will have to let him know what happened to his restaurant that he used to own. Anyways what happened was I called them two days ago. The day I ordered the food they must be closed cuz I ordered late. They must have closed but I called them and they didn't answer and then one day goes by and then today I call him again and I asked him if they could. I told him my situation and asked him if they could help get that order fixed. They said no, it's not their policy to fix it and they don't have to fix it because it's been longer than one day. Are you kidding me? So you're meaning to tell me after one day I cannot get my food replaced because of your policy? A policy that I was not informed of. A policy that nobody is informed of that they're going to get told they can't replace their food because you messed it up and you don't want to fix it. But it's my fault and I got to pay for it. $40. I paid for junk except the cinnamon monkey bread was excellent. That's all I got to say about it. I asked for an owner. I asked for anybody above the manager. She would pass the phone to anybody. Then she said hold on a minute and hung up on me. That's my experience with godfathers on October 8th 2003. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I will never order there again. They probably don't realize I've already there before because I got a new phone number but it's fine. Eat at your own risk. I'd say cuz this food absolutely is not worth $40 for one's medium pizza. One small specialty and a cheese stick and a monkey bread which the monkey bread was the only thing edible. It would have been worth it. Totally. Had the food been good and edible. I don't know why they couldn't fix this. I called in a good mood. Good manner was not mad. Was not angry but boy were they not happy. Not very professional at all and not wanting to help me whatsoever. Actually like I said she hung up on me so that should tell you everything.
