For the second time in a few months, I placed a delivery order and had problems. The first time, my order was 30 minutes late and was cold and dried out when I received it. Yesterday, I decided to give delivery another chance and this time never received the order. The purchase price was refunded. What is the moral to this story? If you want delivery, order through the DoorDash app not directly from the restaurant. I had no tracking information like you get when you use the DD app. Next time, I will instead pick up my order.

I ordered a dessert pizza a couple of times. First, they never put icing on it. Second time, they put powder sugar on it. Never going here again.

Delicious pizza, and sides, potato wedges were seasoned just right, monkey bread was also great, I also had the salad bar, everything was fresh, with a good selection.

The food was good but the service? Horribly unprofessional.
We ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup for our family. I alone went in. There was a guy in the kitchen hollering "what do you need??" Or something, but not looking at me. I thought he was talking to me, but he turned his head and he had airpods in. When he finally notices me standing awkwardly at this point, he comes to the front and simply says to me "name?" While still having a conversation on his airpods. I tell him and he tosses the food on the counter like he couldn't be bothered and walks back to the kitchen still on this conversation.

I went in there for a slice of pizza they don't even sell a slice of pizza or nothing ain't no place to sit down or nothing.

I dearly love a Godfather's pizza; it's a shame this particular store is inept. Twice I've ordered Taco and gotten home only to open the box and find I paid the extra price for a plan hamburger. But no time to drive back and have them remake it. SO, heads up, CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. Photo attached... does this really look like Taco pizza??? And to think I left these idiots a tip :)

Well my delivery was on time and the only thing correct. The order was not correct, short items, and had spoiled vegetables on it.

I worked for godfathers for roughly 5 years here on Pearl street starting as a cook, clerk, and driver. This pizza is wrong on construction, showed up missing portions of my order, and covered with spoiled lettuce and tomatoes after being cooked. Clearly the staff takes no pride in their now very over priced product. You would think a $30 pizza would be a bit more appealing.
