While we were picking our table my 2 or old was looking and touching the potted plant on the floor and the lady came from behind the counter yelling no no no no at her then told her older siblings no one can touch the plant. She over reacted and should not yell at children and should expect children to try to touch a big potted plant if its on the floor. Very poor customer service. Slow to help us with sauce and silverware. Not a good experience.

Chicken is always dry and no one wants to do anything about replacing an order or getting a refund. This place has gone downhill for sure. This is supposed to be their garlic chicken and I didn't eat but one piece of chicken out of it. I've never had garlic chicken served to me almost all mushrooms. I'm never going back.

This place is usually has good service and good food. Went to the drive thru this evening our food sat on the counter while they continued to take orders behind us. When we did get it it wasn’t right AND to top it off it was burnt to the point we almost couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing

Food Is not too bad.They don't give you a receipt. they expect you to ask for it. So they could be charging you for something you didn't even buy And you would never know about it. Got sweet and sour pork And the sauce was so little And the pork was so dry.You couldn't even eat it. I called and they said to bring it So I did and they made me stand there for fifteen minutes and totally ignored me The whole time I was there. If you want good customer service , don't go there

They forgot part of our order.. o tried to be nice but the wouldn’t even serve eggrolls, crab ragoon, & a Dr. Pepper. For ad much money we spent they could &,would not give me they rest of the order. Don’t ever go to this places. Customer service is at the lowest point. All they care is money. Employees uniforms should say spread kindness. Then work on it

Staff was freindly but hard to understand but their food was delicious and I would definetly go again. It's food was not your typical american chinese but more traditional and their prices were amazing if you have 7 kids.

Went through drive thru on 5-2-24 ordered sesame chicken w regular onion and green bell peppers voided the broccoli it came with. It was disgusting!!! The chicken was thin like eating won ton dipped in sauce. I also ordered 1 order of wonton which I will never do that again cuz I meant to say crab RangoonThe rice was thr only thing edible for 22 dollars. This place used to be my fav place to go but no longer.
