Guy Fieri's Kitchen + Bar

Appetizer (pull apart pretzel) came out almost immediately and was cold and greasy...almost like it was accidently made earlier and was just waiting for someone else to order it so they could serve it. Both entrees came out lukewarm at best and were also very greasy. Very disappointing.

Our server Laura...came to the table to take our order and drop off the bill. Laura also wore dirty blue rubber gloves. The food was cold and our drinks were never refilled. I thought that it would be a better experience. Will not return.

Need to update online menu more frequently. Was looking forward to trying a couple things and they weren't on the menu at the restaurant.

Bridget was wonderful! Came for a birthday celebration during the NCAA World Series, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable on the menu, made a fabulous recommendation of the Turkey Burger, and surprised us with a dessert celebrate! Great atmosphere!

The trashcan nachos were weird chips very little pour pork or chicken on him. Tons of black beans. I saw no cheese at all. Our waitress acted like she was put out being there even having to wait on us kept signing the whole time we asked for at the after our meal we asked for more iced tea. She wanted to put the check down and after we said, can we have a box and more iced tea? We got another sigh from her Picked up the check again and walked away came back slammed the tea at us. She acted like she was so put out having to wait on us. I had the tenderloin which was good but a lot of way too much lettuce on it no mustard no nothing on it very dry.

I have stayed at this casino and on 3 different occasions we
R to the restaurant to sit for 10 mins wo service. Eventually just leaving.

I was disappointed when I ordered a bloody Mary and got tomato juice with a Metric ton of celery salt in the same glass my water came in...no celery or any other thing it shows on the picture you advertised. And had to pay 10.00 for that...super disappointed...then the food came...was good but all three burgers we ordered had brown lettuce on them...the waitress said we'll it's dressed...I tasted no dressing just icky brown lettuce!

Our meals were all delicious. Quick service always and a very personable staff. Plus we had a view of Omaha.

Ice cold French fries. Like they had been sitting from earlier in the day. Rueben used to be outstanding, but last time it was very uneventful. Staff was like a zombie crew and the restaurant was not busy at all.

My waitress and the manager both are super nice people and they have a great restaurant with excellent food

Bridget was a fantastic waitress! She got everything right and was cheery the entire time! She knew all of the answers and helped us out as it was our first time here.

The staff was friendly and amazing especially Jessica.

Atmosphere and the service was great. The burgers were really good. The Chicken sandwich was cold and tough to eat, as well as the fries and onion rings seemed to have been cooked the day before as they came out very cold, and were really hard and tough to eat. Our server brought us a hot batch of fries just for me and my daughter, but none for the guys. However, even the batch she brought out that was hot did not appear to be fresh fries just cooked and were still very hard to chew. Not to mention there was only a small list of drinks to choose from, so no open bar to request a specific drink. Very disappointed. Will find somewhere else to eat, if we go back for another concert.

it was very slow when i was there but our server was good and the food was good. we got the roast beef over toast with mashed potatoes and gravy
