I have been eating here basically everyday for several yrs. So much that the crew knows what I order. Today was not the case, since I don't talk to the computer, typically it transfers me to a employee. Today I beleive they turned it off and said nothing. Then when she decided to take my order she was very rude like it was a hassle to do it. Then the guy at the window had the same attitude. So I told him to keep the sandwich and left. Hopefully these employees don't continue to run off customers that spend thousands a yr eating their.

I can't complain too much that Service was slow. Because they were busy and they have such good food. Hardees always has the best biscuits. The omelot biscuit was delicious. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was very tasteful. Everyone was working hard to take care of all of the customers. The restaurant lobby was packed, and the drive though was filled with cars and trucks. It was a great team effort and I was impressed.

It's been a while since I've been to a Hardee's. Overall the experience was great. The fries came out fresh and were hot! The sandwiche I had (Frisco burger) tasted fresh but maybe had sat while the fries finished cooking so it wasn't as hot as it could have been. That's the only knock. I didn't complain or ask for another sandwich which I know I could have done. Thats why only the deduction of 1 star from the food category. Everyone was so nice and honestly the sandwich was fine. Will for sure try again! Thank you!!

We got chicken sandwiches. The seasonings in the breading was GREAT but the texture of the chicken, both sandwiches, was funky. ?? It reminded us of chicken that wasn't cooked all the way.
