The service is awful and the food needs a lot of work. My waitress isn't serving in the same section I'm sitting in. So I'm sitting asking another waitress for items that are missing on the table. It took a while for me to be seated... over five minutes. I'm through with coming here. it's a disappointment every time I come here which is very little throughout the years.

Kianna was an amazing server and got to us extremely quick despite it being very busy post state wrestling. Would definitely visit again, thank you Kianna for making our late night experience enjoyable!

2/15/25 3pm all the servers must have had the same break. Not 1 seemed to have there shit together. Service sucked no communication. Ordered togo at the bar stood there with my card in hand. No bill had to ask about order bartender brings it out ask me if I want to pay now

Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I should be ignored by the wait staff. It took me ten minutes to be seated and it was a manager who did it because none of the waitresses bothered to notice me. And when I did finally get to sit down it took another ten minutes before my waitress appeared, only after I got the attention of one of them walking by. I understand that this place is geared more towards men and therefore the waitresses want to give more attention to them, but I really don't appreciate being ignored.

I ordered food to go and went to pick up the food promptly after placing the order. I like hot food so wanted to ensure I was not late picking it up. Upon opening the order I was extremely disappointed to find that my waffle fries were very stale with little to no salt and at room temp. The wings were packaged in one container with no separation between the two different rubs I ordered. I also paid an extra two dollars for extra seasoning and they did include two containers with extra seasoning. However the wings themselves contained very little seasoning in addition to being room temp. I go to hooters for wings and usually dine in. Each time I have been pleased with the quality of food and service. This was my first time ordering to go and I was extremely disappointed. I don't usually call to complain but the quality of the food was such that I did contact the restaurant. The staff who answered was very friendly and accommodating. She listened to my issue and offered to take my name and number so that I would receive a voucher to be used within 30 days. The only issue is I'm unsure of what the voucher will cover. I'm assuming it will replace the meal I ordered. That was on me as I should have thought to ask that question. I do appreciate that they were accepted in spite of being very disappointed by my order.

Yeahhhh…. No words for real. I guess if you’re starving like I was at 10 pm on a Saturday but otherwise nope! The burger was really cheap ground beef and tasted like cafeteria burgers from school. The wings I wanted before the main course and instead they came after the burgers arrived, like why bother at that point? The waitress recommended the smoked wings and it tasted like a smoked turkey from Thanksgiving, no wings should be like that, just order the og wings with buffalo sauce

I love this place! The chicken tacos are the best.
Food is good. Service is poor and sits around talking to staff. I recommend coming here during a game on a Saturday or Sunday when the restaurant is busy. The service is more attentive due to the fact they have to work. If it's Monday through Friday, make sure you double check Google Maps live update. When busy you should be fine, but if not good luck. Also, you will receive no service if you sit down shortly before a shift change. This Hooters should just offer counter service. Most people who like the food would understand. It's hard to find good help.
Best wings! Get the hot wings, great flavor, beer is cold. It was fairly busy when we were there, and the two waitresses hustled and provided great service. Great place to watch the game, have a nice cold beer and some wings.
