Friday night 7:45 and the place is half empty with plenty of open tables. Walk 30 min to get there, and they expect you to wait 45 minutes to be seated..... that's ridiculous! We gave our money to Quaker Steak & Lube. They were way more busy and had us seated in less than 5 minutes, with good food AND good service. I suggest skipping Hooters.

Can't believe the way the manager was acting. Had a national wrestling tournament in town and decided to try the restaurant north of Mid American Center. Waited 20-30 minutes for anyone to come to the front just to get our name on the list. The person in front of me said it was the manager who was just standing by the kitchen staring at tickets and not even trying g to acknowledge anyone coming in the door. Finally asked a waitress, and she was helpful. The manager finally came up, and I had to ask him to get on the list. He didn't even acknowledge the line that was going out the door. He told me he could do nothing about it. Although he reluctantly put my name on the list. Still no acknowledgment to the line going out the door. I don't put any of this on the waitresses, as they were running all over and still found time to be helpful. This is on the manager who looked lost when it got busy. We finally walked out while many tables sat empty, and nobody was being seated.

Wish I could leave a review on the food, but didn't even get seated. There was a wrestling tournament this weekend and the manager didn't think it would be busy, so I guess not enough staff? While about 20 people were waiting with no hostess/host, the manager just looked at us. Horrible customer service on the manager. When asked about the 20 people waiting to even put their names in for a table, he said there was nothing he do about it.

Visited here two days in a row, received underwhelming service and food. Bartender was sitting on the drying station with her shoes on the surface as well as the waitress forgetting my second drink.

Not many people here on St Patty's day. My food came out cold after waiting for a long time. The GFs food missing cheese but her fries were warm. My fries were so cold and dry she didn't even try to steal them I had to steal hers.

Came in at 9pm on Thursday night, got seated no problem, not busy at all, multiple servers on shift...Waited 15 minutes and not even greeted by a server or asked about drinks. Had to walk out, service is atrocious

I never got one beer delivered I got up after 20 minutes and got it myself the only thing our server did was delivered our food and took our check after we tracked her down to get it for us.

The people there are welcoming. Made me feel like I'm there all the time. This was my first time in the store. The manager, Heather, helped me pick out the wings. She was on point. We return.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrance, and i believe sitting too.
