Having meals at HyVee stores is automatic for me. I think they beat restaurants hands down. Much more selection, better prices, faster service, and the quality is right up there with top restaurants. Plus you get an entire supermarket of drinks, sides and desserts to add.

I needed fruit for a wound demonstration - yes you read that right. I was in town for work and they had grapefruits 2/3 which is a little pricey considering they weren't in the best shape. Considering i was using to imitate a wound that wasn't an issue but had i gone there to get some to eat it would be a different story. Staff was nice store was clean so overall good experience.

Ordered a Denver omelette got a nasty egg white omelette with no cheese and hardly any veggies and home potatoes tasted like day old baked potato slices with burnt pieces and came at a 24.00 price tag!!So needless to say never again....Roy Crane

I needed some groceries for a catering event I was doing this week and this place has a pretty good selection of produce when I only need one or two (like jalapenos or peppers in general), which is always helpful. The staff is very polite and helpful and the selection is pretty extensive. Their parking lot is huge and they have a gas station on the west side. Hy-Vee has also switched out their Market Grille for a Wahlburger's. I haven't tried that out yet but plan to at some point.

Stopped here to get some groceries and decided to pick up a donut. This isn't my first time here and the service is always great! They're happy to help with whatever questions you have. The parking lot is huge with ample parking and there are lots of items ranging from pre-made to now a Wahlburgers.

I was impressed by the generosity of the free breakfast HyVee offered veterans. There was drive-by service manned by people who obviously respected the veterans they were honoring. The staff was very respectful and courteous. It was great.

Been here fairly often for most of my groceries needs. The service is usually that helpful smile in every aisle and the parking lot is pretty nice, with the exception of one or two weird places where they have a weird median stopping flow. That being said, I do appreciate that it hasn't gone towards what some other Hy-Vees have, with nail salons and shoe stores inside it. This site doesn't need to be everything.

Only table in the restaurant at 1pm and it took 45 minutes to get our food cold. I would have done no stars if it allowed it. Do not waste your time here. I thought it would be a great spot after my sons confirmation because they have good variety. I was mistaken. We got up and left. Family lunch was ruined!!!

The advertising for this store is SO misleading and deceptive they show a picture of one item but that is not the item for sale. 3 times this month I also have been charged regular price for items that were listed on sale check your receipt.

Thank you Nicole in Floral!!! I'd ordered flowers for someone and she took the time to call me to tell me she'd just filled the exact same arrangement for the same address. If she wouldn't have called, the person would have received two of the same arrangements. She explained the duplicated order and asked if she could make something similar but with different colors/flowers. This was a great resolution! Thank you for going the extra mile.

I ordered my groceries online, had to wait over an hour, called to see if they forgot about us and we were still on the list, the service person was rude, interrupted us, and yelled, "WE'RE WORKING ON IT". I will NEVER order from them again, Walmart is faster and nicer to their customers.

This place basically has everything. A restaurant, florist shop, pharmacy and the staples needed for everyday. After shopping have a beer at the Marketplace Grill! A good place to shop

If you want good food with lousy customer service, stop here. They had a sign for 5.99 8 piece Chicken legs/strips. Nothing else to specify the price. When i tried to order 4 legs of baked and 4 strips, they said the baked was not included. When the clerk asked the deli supervisor, he reiterated that and refused to sell me the baked. So i walked out. Well when i called the store director to complain, she was shocked they did not serve me. Which tells me she needs to communicate and train her employees on customer service better. Not sure if i will shop their market grill again.

Hmmm...this review is really not about the Grocery store as much as it is about their fine Market Grill. There is something so very decadent about going grocery shopping but first stopping by the Grill for a local brew and snack. Sort of gives shopping an entire different dimension...I love it. (Guy thing?) But I am here to tell you that yesterday I probably had one of the most delectable Reuben sandwiches I have ever had at the Market Grill, located in Council Bluffs. Seriously, see photo. Another fine aspect of stopping in is that the bartending staff has always been more than accommodating and often times the Grill's specials are out of this world. So if I may recommend that a great way to get in on the "good side" of your better half is to volunteer to go shopping and then, er, make a little swing into the grill for your own personal motivation, it's great. Hey, your covered as even your phone's GPS will verify that you are at the store. It is one of life's true, "Win-Wins".
