Really good food and fast Service
The bread was good but the two types of butter served with it made it that much better, great salad, brussel sprouts were delicious, the ribeye was tender and juicy but lacked a lot of flavor, great atmosphere and the service was amazing, our waiter was great and very knowledgeable about the area.
The filet was burned on the exterior and not much flavor
Was very disappointed. Cheese curds and sauce were amazing, that is the half that still had some cheese left in them, the other half was empty shell where they cooked all the cheese out. I had an 8 oz filet and ordered medium and said they could butterfly if needed. I guarantee this was barely 6 oz and they cut completely in half and was maybe 1/2 in thick and very well done. When you spend that much money for a steak should be cooked correctly. Showed waitress and nothing done about either. My Sister’s ribeye was cooked correct and very good. Also apparently tickets got messed up waitress said. Took over an hour to get food and couple that came in way after us had gotten their food and paid bill and was leaving when our food finally came.
Great prime rib and sides. The au jus is just so good! The lobster scampi was delightful!
Frankie is AMAZING! We have had her as our server every time we have visited and I swear she’s so good ! She deserves a raise and the day off! Don’t let her go, management! Lucky to have her!
It would have probably been better if I had to takin my girlfriend instead of the other person.

As usual, Jack Binion's was spectacular! We were celebrating our 41 Anniversary so we' were seated in a booth. These booths are very comfortable and spacious! Our waiter, Matthew, was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive. He recommended items and knowledgeable. We had the filets - my husband had crabcake and I had sautéed shrimp .( which I highly recommend) that were cooked to perfection as to how we ordered! We had the garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious and the portions were large so we actually had too much food! Next time we will only order one side. The whole evening was great! Will continue to come back and recommend!
This place is a hidden gem. I decided to make the trek seeking something different from the usual Omaha Steakhouses. The atmosphere is nice and quiet despite the bustling gambling activity and noises outside. The menu at first glance appears typical until you find a few subtle twists. One example is the Jalapeno buttered corn. This understated fusion is definitely a welcome change from the typical midwestern fare. The chef came out herself to answer any questions on the menu. At that point, we had already had been served an off menu item: Vegan crab cakes! This very exquisite appetizer was quickly eaten with our eyes before even tasting it. I can swear I tasted crab before even eating it. I didnt want to ask many questions of the Chef lest I reveal my below average culinary knowledge. But I was already impressed even though we had not even ordered anything yet. I ordered a 6 oz steak which I thought was maybe a little on the small side. That did not really matter. I had already eaten half a loaf of the house made molasses bread which was delicious. That is in addition to the complimentary crab cake, and the crab bisque. Of course any restaurant that bakes its own bread deserves respect. Especially when it is no ordinary bread. It is very unique to the venue: i was also impressed with the crab bisque. The soup is poured at the table in a deep dish with a piece of toast adorned with crab meat. This elaborate table-side preparation was a very classy touch. By the time I got to the steak itself I was nearly full. Upon digging in it was a great cut, very tasty, and well cooked to order. I like well done steaks which can be a challenge. Not for this chef. Overall excellent job. Great team. I love the open kitchen where you can see all the action. The menu is pretty good. The execution and Chef's touches, priceless!

Above & beyond is the phrase I’d use for my experience. Rachel was our server, every recommendation she gave was spot on. The head chef was on expo the whole time being the last line of defense personally before sending out. Always something I look for to know the care of the staff. Absolutely appreciated and noticed.
If you are looking for high-end experience in Council Bluffs, IA… from taste to customer service. Jack Binion’s should be your decision.

This establishment is top shelf. Beth is always welcoming and accommodating, and our waiter Jeff never misses a beat. From anticipating your next cocktail to giving honest menu recommendations, Jeff is a master of his craft. The bartender Jacob makes a killer Martini. With a vast selection and generous pours, Jacob will make sure your evening is memorable....or fuzzy-even better in my opinion. The food always exceeds my expectations and the ambiance is second to none. There are very few restaurants of this caliber and it is truly a hidden gem. I live 60 miles from this restaurant but wouldn't think twice to make the drive for a memorable dining experience. Keep up the good work.
This place was great! Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The steaks were cooked to perfection. You have to try the hashbrowns. They rock! Great wine and desert too! Just a great spot to have a high quality steak dinner.
