Jack Binion?s Steak House

Jeff our server was excellent. Attentive very knowledgeable about the meal course. It was helpful when ordering. The food was definitely worth it. Prime rib just melts in mouth. The jumbo shrimp was so good. I tyically love truffle fries just a little too much truffle oil on the fries. If it wasn't for that I would say outstanding. Jeff made my birthday experience awesome.

Our server was able to provide accurate food recommendations and provided exceptional service. The steak was cooked as requested and had good flavor. The decor is a bit outdated but it is an overall fun experience. We know we will have a better than average meal whenever we go to Jack Binnion's.

I'm a frequent casino patron (so the price wasn't a factor to me, about $180 for 2) but Jeff was a great server, all staff was very attentive and the food was delicious.

Jeff is great! Only complaint is my lobster tail was over seasoned. Otherwise everything was perfect

Food was great as usual. Service was outstanding - Jeff is the best! And the 1/2 price bottle of wine was a nice surprise too. Hope to be back soon!

Love Binions! Jeff was an amazing server as always, and the food was over the top! I had the scallops and the new pairing with it had the most amazing flavors. I cannot wait to eat my leftovers for dinner!!

Don't eat here. I ordered fillet w/Oscar and what I received was a overcooked steak with God knows what on top. The waitress said it kind of melted and she would bring more toppings, It arrived ice cold. I also ordered the Brussel sprouts and just about gagged on them. My wife ordered a petite fillet ad she got a hocky puck, full stop. The waitress tried, but she forgot our appetizer and didn't bring it until we reminded her ( which was about the same time our food came out). She brought the suspect steak and forgot the steak knives. I don't mind paying for an expensive steak, but when I was served was not even close. This restaurant is in the Horseshoe casino and I understand that smoking is allowed in the casino, but the smell in the restaurant was an assault on my senses.

We have always enjoyed having dinner there. Everyone is very friendly, and service is top-notch. Jeff is the best. Thank you

This restaurant has seen better days, decor is old and dreary. Ordered the French onion soup which was tasteless. The petite filet was okay, the pork chops were good. The sides garlic mashed potatoes were served cold and were replaced, asparagus was okay , Brussels sprouts the charred and burnt. The service was spotty Not an enjoyable dining experience I indicated this was supposed to be a birthday celebration dinner No mention was ever made

Prime rib was fantastic. Salad was very good as well. Service was great, very professional. Drinks were good as well. Other than being inside a casino this is a very good restaurant. I would highly recommend checking this place out. I will eat here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Good service, good food, nice ambiance. Had a great 3 course meal with the Omaha restaurant week promotion.

We went for the Restaurant Week menu, and upon sitting down we were told they were out of the pork chop dish. When the server presented, we were told also the prime rib.... This is a steak house, not a good start. Also Tues- Thurs they have bottle wine special, well they were out of the bottle we choose. This is unacceptable if you are trying to draw people to your highly rates establishment. Food was edible, but definitely not up to standards of other large city restaurant weeks much less a steak house.

My wife and I had the prime rib. It was very tough , parts of it I couldn’t even chew! We ordered hash browns they were horrible! They looked like a pie , way too thick and no flavor at all! Why can’t they have salt and pepper on the table???? The Brussels sprouts and the cauliflower were good! A meal for 4 of us was almost 400.00! Will never eat there again! Here I come Golden Corral!!!!!

Food was wonderful. The sides are more for multiple people. I'd say one side serves 3 or 4 people. Our waitress was very nice & on the ball. It is a bit chilly in the restaurant so wear a light sweater

Everyone here is so nice and we celebrate our anniversary here almost every year. We love Brenda she's always smiling and Francesca was our server and she's wonderful. We got an anniversary dessert on the house and it was yummy. Everything was delicious. We love Jeff to. Go Broncos. Thank you
