It was a wonderful dinner. Food is good and the service outstanding! Frankie (server) is awesome and you won't find anyone more friendly! I have never had a bad meal at Jack Binion's! If you haven't tried it please do!

By far the worst meal I've ever eaten at a Binion's restaurant. The server told us that they only had one serving of prime rib left so I told her to grab it for me before it was gone. I ordered it cooked to medium, as I prefer. What I received was a piece of rare prime rib that was bleeding all over the plate. It was far more fat than meat. The meat was bland, lacking any taste of seasonings. I do not feel this last portion should have ever been served. My husband had a steak which was very good. I wish I had ordered a steak for myself. The server never inquired if everything was okay with the meal as she was too busy taking photos for other diners. We had informed the restaurant that we were celebrating our anniversary when we made the reservation. Not once was it mentioned. Very disappointed in the level of attention to service at this location. We will not return.

Enjoy Jack Binion's Steak House. The service has always been the best part of having dinner there. All the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy working there. The food has always been great. I do wish they would bring back the use of tablecloths. That really means fine dining.

Our food was amazing as always! I've never had a bad meal there. We ate there on our wedding night 18 years ago and it's been our favorite restaurant since. Our waitress was amazing as well. Definitely a must try if you haven't.

Had a great meal with Jeff our waiter. A lot of personal attention. I had the filet special ( which was wonderful) and my husband had the pork chops ( a big portion). Both cooked perfectly! Highly recommend

It was really good, I did have to send my filet back due to being over cooked. I ordered med rare and it came well done. The server took it back right away and returned within mins with a new one, that tasted amazing. We would definitely eat there again.

They were out of a lot of things and we ordered Cheese curds. The waitress said “oh, I forgot we are out of those too, but, we have this crunchy fried cauliflower that would be delicious. It has this sweet Asian orange sauce” we said ok. It came. Not crispy!!! Limp, vinegar soaked cauliflower on a plate. We did not take two bites. I asked her to remove it since we would not eat it and she still charged us for a disgusting suggestion! Will not go back!

My steak cold. Wife's chicken dry. Out of some type of steaks. Waiter didn't explain options too well. They had au gratin potatoes as special and waiter didn't offer it. Watched another waiter did much better job.

Our experience began by being greeted by our server Matthew He explained the menu options and suggested several items He frequently checked on us as our food was being prepared The food was outstanding my wife had the salmon and I had the steak & cake

Our server Jeff is as good as they come in the industry. The steakhouse is the classic example of poor management. We have been going there off and on for 15 years. The cost is high which is fine if creating a classy environment. To say you are a high end restaurant and have paper menus, paper sheets for a wine list, no table clothes is laughable. The place used to be bustling on weekend but was absolutely dead. One trip to any other high end restaurant in the area its easy to see why. I was reminded why we quit going there and started going to 360 steakhouse instead. If paying 100 bucks for a steak with no sides then don't even put a table cloth on??? It's sad because the servers at Binions are world class. Unfortunately the management isn't.

Waited over an hour for 5 meals. Food was very small portioned and cold. Server was nice. 2⭐️ restaurant with 5⭐️ prices.

It was good service was great. My only issue was the prices. They were quite a bit more tonight then I year ago. Example Ribeye was $48 last year and ?79 now. That's a huge increase

My mom asked for coffee and our server said there were no hot drinks, but a table next to us asked for coffee and their server went and got them a cup. My husband had a fillet and he didn't care for the taste of it due to a smoke flavor and he didn't like the parmigiana cheese they put on his fries. Butter was too hard for the bread. The nice part of eating there was they let my mom and I split a meal but you could tell it by the cost of the meal. Do not think we will be back.
