I went there on a Sunday morning and only 1 person working. She was taking orders, taking the food tables and busing tables she was doing it all by herself. She was doing an outstanding job I don’t understand why you only have 1 person working when you know it gets busy on weekends. I know you’ll say short staffed but maybe you should think do you underpay your staff and they don’t stick around. I don’t blame them they do a lot of work.

We waited at least 40 minutes for food. Then to get the food and realize there was egg shells and hair in my eggs. The lady at the counter was rude as can be when we asked for a refund she said I ate the French toast. I said you can go look it's sitting on the table and tasted horrible. I don't know how they get away with the cooks not wearing hair nets. The service and food has gone so far down hill. We will never eat here again.

Sometime the year after my first visit, they reopened this place. Thanks for addressing the concerns from last time! Great casual experience. Turkey club and tots were crisp, tasty, and filling. Clean, brightly lit seating with views of the poker room and TVs. Well stocked condiments and utensils. Glad I don’t have to drive around the city scrambling to find something clean and casual to eat. Good use of any RC you’ve earned from the day

Somehow the food here is always incredible. Their cheesesteak is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten them all over the country. Also their pancakes are incredible. How do they do it? Never had a bad meal here.

Have eaten here multiple times for breakfast. Great place. A lot for your money and the quality and good is always consistent.
The combo pizza was very good, but they were out of mushrooms. Great cheese blend on the pizza. Prices were reasonable. The chef salad needed more lettuce, but it was very good. Plenty of meat and cheese on it. The bakery items looked great, but I did not purchase any.

Waited 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a the French toast breakfast meal; my food was luke warm when it reached our table and the French toast was okay but the eggs & bacon tasted leathery. My spouse's food was good and enjoyable. The staff need retrained and better people skills.

Tried to go there last week. I had traveled an hour for an early appointment and planned to go for breakfast afterwards. My phone app said this place was open 24 hours and offered dine in or take out. I had dined there many times before the pandemic and it was always great for breakfast!! So, I was looking forward to the same awesome experience. Went inside the casino and walked all the way to the rear only to find the place all boarded up with black panels and black curtains! If your cafe is closed, at least put up a sign outside or somewhere to let people know! What a waste of time! What a joke this place has become!!
