Waited 35 minutes for our food. I ordered a the French toast breakfast meal; my food was luke warm when it reached our table and the French toast was okay but the eggs & bacon tasted leathery. My spouse's food was good and enjoyable. The staff need retrained and better people skills.

Thw was great and tasteful and prepared in a reasonable time. The attendants were very friendly and accommodating and even checked on us in a couple of occasions. However, the ambience with the smoke smell took a star out of the review. We are from another state and hate inside smoking rules.

So, I was looking forward to the same awesome experience. Went inside the casino and walked all the way to the rear only to find the place all boarded up with black panels and black curtains! If your cafe is closed, at least put up a sign outside or somewhere to let people know! What a waste of time! What a joke this place has become!!

Caesar's has completely ruined JBs Cafe. The menu has been severely limited, hours of operation are 10pm most days vs. 24/7, removed the ability to text when order is ready to go, removed discount for players card, and they now charge for a drink cup! The casino has free soda, so this makes no sense.

This place has been going down hill.We had a egg breakfast .Food cold & hashbrowns raw.Meat soggy .Had a Ruben not much meat like the picture shows.Very greasy.Fries were cold. This is not the 1st.time.We used to love this place.Not any more.

Since the GM Club quit serving dinner altogether, everyone is trying to eat at either the Diamond Lounge OR the Cafe. The Diamond Lounge has a LONG line even for AWFUL food or if you want to just have a glass of wine! Awful staff. The Cafe is slow, has bad food, charges $3.00 for a soda, has one not so smart cashier always working, and the SLOWEST cooks known to man! Why become a 7 Star or GM? NO BLEEPING FOOD! They serve cheap, (old) crackers and cheese and CHEAP wine and spirits! Don't spend your money on becoming a 7 or GM. It is NOT worth it! Buy a decent dinner at Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse and call it good. The Cafe is BAAAAadddddd! THE STAFF ARE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL!
