I really like the sandwiches here, particularly the Buffalo with ranch instead of blue cheese, provolone instead of what it has and add onions and yellow peppers. Mmmm so good.
This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sub shop. I walked in the store was completely empty. I ordered my subs for me and my family. And then waited 45 minutes watched people order after me get their food sit down, eat and then leave before they asked me what I was waiting for. Absolutely terrible we will not be going back

Huge appreciation to the staff at this location we normally go to the location in olde town bellevue and unfortunately my order not the quick easy off the order menu due to me being pregnant and needing deli meat to be cooked on the grill. The Bellevue staff always make it and it’s fine but not the way I used to when I also used to work there, but we tried the council bluffs location first time tonight and absolutely blew it out of the ball park and cannot be more appreciative as a pregnant women craving that Jersey mikes sub I used to make for myself at work.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option, the bread is one of the best gluten free bread options restaurants have that’s actually quite good. And not to expensive either.
Kid-friendliness: Great kid sizes, with a ton of options kids like plus have lunch box options for catering if wanting to do something for a party or class.

I can not have gluten and eating out can be a nightmare because of cross contamination. When I went in and asked for the gf bread they made sure everything they used was completely wiped down, changed their gloves, and put the bread on paper to make sure no cross contamination could happen. Definitely going back!!
