Every time I go to Jimmy John's, they always screw up my order. I tell them no tomatoes, and what do they do? They put tomatoes on it! And then they forget my chips. And when I say something about it, the lady gets all pissy. This location is going down hill.

Manager is overly aggressive when requesting a refund for cheese you didnt ask for. Initially flat out says she isn't doing a refund for cheese. Next time I'll just do a chargeback for whole order instead of dealing with unneeded aggressiveness.
Them not having a way to refund a single item as opposed to the whole order should not be taken out on the customer.

Most time it's fine, but this time I ordered through the app for the first time. I customized my sandwitch in the app but it did not show up on the receipt and defently didn't show for the employees. When trying to explain what happened to the employee he kept cutting me off and at the end of the conversation the guy told me that I'm just going to have to go somewhere else.

Ordered online grabbed cash ran out of house they total was 55.16 grabbed a 50.5.1 dollar bill lady refused to accept the 50 even though passed marker test rather throw the food away

Sold me a drink knowing they couldn't provide any ice for it. Yes, a nice warm cola. Thanks. Didn't even give me a receipt so I can't even get my money back. The sandwich was pretty weak too. I can't even tell if it even had turkey on it.
