Honestly, sometimes they mess up but they have always made it up. ALWAYS, in one way or another. I really like the guys that work there. Very friendly.

Had to go to another Jimmy Johns just to get the sandwiches. Won't me going back to the East Broadway store again.

The worst JJ. Waited almost a half an hour in the drive through for an order made through the app. Once I was at the window to pick up my food I was told they just started working on it and I should drive around back through. When I said I could park and go inside but would not re enter the line I had just waited almost a half hour in, the person at the window acted upset and said never mind just to wait. When I was given the food my drinks were over full and had pop all over the outside of the cups. This proceeded to make a mess all over my car. He did hand me napkins but seems like it was almost on purpose that it was so messy and over full. Either way it’s not hard for me to believe that there are so many one star reviews here. Don’t waste your time coming to this JJ.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was notified that my order had been delivered, but when I checked, nothing was there. I called to follow up, only to find out my order had been sitting there for over an hour and hadn’t even been sent out. On top of that, the person I spoke with was completely unhelpful and actually hung up on me. This level of service is unacceptable — I expected better communication, accountability, and basic professionalism.

First off, delivery was horrible. I get that it’s snowing but that doesn’t excuse laying on your horn and then driving away with my food. When we called and the driver came back. Same thing: laid on the horn, I came out in socks and slides because I thought he’d get out of the car and meet me half way, no. Handed me the food and said “no one is walking through that snow.” I did it slides. You can have the decency to do it in shoes since it’s your job to Deliver the food. Second; the food is stale, soda bottles were shaken. They also messed up my sandwich which was just the #1 with no tomatoes The manager was really sweet though much love to her

Very disappointing. Too expensive and no good quality. Soft drink Dr Pepper tastes like they use tap water? Chocolate brownie is very small. Tuna sandwich is expensive and lacks flavor. Never again!

Very clean store Fresh ingredients I tried the wrap this time , tried the Cesar wrap , it was good I just got surprised when I found the croutons in it, but over all it was a nice try You can try them once but I would go for the sandwich over the wrap
