Sitting olin the drive through for 20+minutes currently still waiting for my order. One sandwich... this location has the absolute slowest workers! More like Freaky slow! Not freaky fast. I could have gone to apple bees across the street and got my order by now!

Do not order delivery, they set it up with Uber Eats instead of delivering themselves. The delivery takes about 1 hr.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for drive through pickup. One sandwich was good, but not cut, as it was requested. The other sandwich was mediocre. No extra oil/vinegar nor was it cut, as requested. Why have those as options on the web site if they are just ignored? Every time we order from here, it's always something.

I have no idea why the worker Kayla was so rude in drive through. There were no issues while ordering but everytime I went to talk she kept closing the window on me. I can never get them to take my phone number for rewards and when I asked her about it, she told me to go online and enter it (I’ve tried this before with no luck and when I told her that, she slammed the window again, mid sentence.) she was incredibly unprofessional and for no reason, as I never had an issue until she acted crazy. Food was good and correct but service was very poor.

terrible customer service!!!!!! Tiffany and Morgan the store manager and the district manager will not make anything right!!! Made a late order and asked prior if it was too late, they said not and placed an order with uber eats (their franchise doesnt use their own drivers) the uber eats driver was late so they canceled my order. they said it would be back in 3=5 buisness days and its been 10. they wont give me a number for the franchise office and i get hung up on whenever i try to talk to someone. there are 2 franchises stay away from the ones owned by Atlas!!!!!!!!!will update with a full list of all their buisnesses at a later time. if you want jimmyjohns get it somewhere else and if its atlas just hang up!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom + Cheese and a regular size Diet Coke, and they told me it would be $22.00!!! No way was I paying that.

It what world would anyone pay that much for a few slices of meat and cheese with 50% of the sandwich being the bread? Absolutely INSANE!!!

I will never eat Jimmy John's again as long as their prices are completely absurd.

To start I am originally from Colorado where Jimmy John’s has locations but then we moved to Alaska where Jimmy John’s has not ventured to, yet. My daughter and I visited my family in Iowa for the 4th of July and on our way to the Eppley Airfield we decided to grab Jimmy John’s before heading home. I was gifted a gift card and had the activation receipt still. After multiple attempts the cashier stated that the card did not have any funds on it. We ended up paying in cash. After sitting down we looked up the card balance on store card and verified that there was a $20 balance. We let the workers know and they said because it wasn’t one of their store gift cards we would have to return to where the card was purchased get a different card. Kayla was rude and made the experience embarrassing. Just know if you buy your loved ones or friends a giftcard from anywhere other than the store locations they will not be redeemable and you will feel like a fool trying to pay for your food. The sandwiches were good, the sprite fountain drink tasted like sparkling water. Glad I won’t be going to this location again.

I ordered a catering bundle 2 days in advance and it was not ready at the promised time. I had someone else pick up the order since I could not do it and delivery was not an option. When the person who picked up the order arrived at our venue, only the sandwiches and wraps were on the order. The person who picked up the order was not aware that we should have gotten several sides, chips and cookies. When I called the manager, Sergio, he said he would get the rest of the order delivered, but never did. The sandwiches and wraps were good which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I filed a complaint with JJ corporate. Now waiting for a response.
