On January 24,2025 Got an 8 piece family bucket, the chicken was dry and old including the mac and cheese. The kids did not eat any chicken.

This location is horrible. At night they shut the signs down and parking lot lights yo look closed. Frequently they tell people they don't have what the store is known for like chicken because it's younger kids running it, heaven for bid they have to work and stay off their phones. They are rude and under trained in most areas. Just look at the other reviews.

We went to this KFC just to get some coleslaw. Went through the drive thru and ordered it. Got up to the window and the guy told my husband it was $5.66 My husband handed the man $10.66 So we should have gotten $5 back. I the hands my husband $4.90 When we try and tell the guy he gave us the wrong amount, he proceeds to tell us that he punched $5.55 in the computer. My husband tells him that he wants his dime back and the guy tells him no that he gave him the right amount of money. My husband shows him on the receipt, how much it was and that he handed $10.66 so he should have a $5 back. The guy argues with my husband then when my husband asks for a manager, he said he was the manager! Finally the guy took the money back and when my husband went to hand him the change the guy pulled his hand away which made the change fall on the ground. My husband had to more the car and got out to get the change. The guy handed my husband the $5 and we left. If you can not do math then you should find a different job where you don't have to deal with money. This guy could have handled this so definitely. After we got home, the coleslaw tasted horrible. Will never go back to this KFC again

The chicken was good. Service was fast. Food was expensive just like other places.
We came to visit family and decided to get a big family meal. We spent over 100$ to feed the family. In the middle of the night my 5 year old started puking then my baby niece started to throw up. Both of my teenage daughter got sick and all the adults that ate the bucket of chicken. The breading on the bottom of the chicken was soggy and tasted over seasoned. I'm currently at the ER with my kids on our vacation. If you get a bucket of chicken and it taste funny don't eat it We all had half eaten fried chickens we didn't even finish our meals. We don't want a refund we just don't want this to happen to someone else.

So got a stack of coupon books, now when you redeem their workers never know how to deal with coupons, and last time they refused to read the date on my coupons wright said they won't be accepted to they're expired in July. Some people need to get an education check. I wonder how many more people are getting screwed on their coupon books. Sad as hell.
Parking: Parking lot has 2 deep car destroying pot holes, and drive thu line can stop you from leaving Parking spot.

Horrible place I went to the drive thru I order at 7:10 pm the guy said if I can park in front so he can give me my order pas 20 min nobody show up and I make line again for the drive tru and my order wasn’t ready !! I never going to stop again, I ask for a refund they said they have a no refund policy.
