Lobby closed before 10pm on a Friday. Went to drive thru was asked to park waiting until a half an hour for a sandwich meal it obviously doesn't take 30 minutes for one chicken fillet. Employee was hoping on and out of car another out having a smoke break. Same employee getting in and out of a friend's car brought me order and then lied by telling me that one chicken breast took 16 minutes to cook. Door dasher the customers food wasn't even hot it was warm. Horrible service.

Ordered nuggets and mashed potatoes from here last night and woke up sicker than a dog. Pretty sure it’s food poisoning. I haven’t been able to leave the bathroom and might have to go to the ER I do not recommend

This kfc is the worse kfc in council bluffs they will short your food, or they dont have the supply for the demand. This place really needs to get their shit together.

Couldn’t get dinner because staff was to busy hanging in parking lot and smoking in there cars when it’s 6pm dinner time and only 1 person in building. Got tired of waiting in drive thru for someone to take order. So went somewhere else.

I ordered nuggets covered in sauce, basically boneless wings, and fries. The nuggets barely had any sauce and the fries were soggy. I hadn't been in there in years and definitely will not be returning.
