There's very few resteraunts in cb with this horrible of service got 2 chicken sandwiches and some macaroni seems pretty easy right each item came out the door separately cause no one knew what was going on claimed the problem was they were busy but there was only 4 cars the whole 22 minute wait that I saw could of got a caseys pizza for the same wait and money what a disappointment

Your food is always good, but when does someone order a 16 piece meal (last night) and only get 1 breast??? Instead I got 7 legs, 5 wings, 3 thighs, and the 1 breast. $52 for that? Next time I’ll go to 28th and Broadway!

Went through drive thru ordered an all white meal…got it wrong, all dark! Went back through the drive thru gave it back and said it’s all white I wanted…too the order putzed around at the chicken trays..hands me my order…I get home and it’s the same dark meat I returned! Like WTH! Who is running that place? Can never get a correct order! Close this location it’s a waste of resources!

We had made an online order fairly late. (An hour before closing) and sent my husband to pick it up. Of course he didn’t check before getting home and they had forgotten a whole combo meal. I called as soon as I realized and they didn’t answer. Which i understand I wouldn’t have expected them to fix it since it was already 20 mins till closing. The real issue is I’ve called today to try to get it fixed and no one answers. At the very least I just wanted my money back. Since we didn’t receive our $8 combo. Can’t fix the fact that I had an upset kiddo and had to share my meal with them. Our food over was average. We had gotten no sauces for tenders, no butter or honey for biscuits. We got the barely got the bare minimum. Our chicken was about room temp, our biscuits over cooked and not warm, the sides. Those were okay we got the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and those were perfect. So I’m giving two stars because for what we did get it was ready fairly quickly, and our sides were at least right. I took away three stars because of lack of communication, missing items, and the quality of half of what we did receive. The over all price isn’t bad either especially if you sign up for the rewards.

Absolutely ridiculous that half of my order is MISSING. I didn’t have a big order by any means…. No one else was in the drive through and somehow they completely forgot to give me all of my tenders and biscuit. How does that happen?? And of course no one will answer the phone.

The staff was very nice. The chicken tenders are very good and I love the mashed potatoes and gravy.
The staff here were friendly and helpful. The person who took our order was patient and answered our questions, as well as offering water cups and checking on our order when it came out. Food came out fast and fresh. I don't normally review fast food but this was enough of a pleasant experience that I thought it deserved it.
Bathrooms were also clean and seemed well-maintained.
