Harland Sanders would be disgusted with this kinda chicken being served in his name. Saturated with enough grease to kill a horse. Very bad experience

I have been coming to this KFC for a while and lately it hasn't been good. For example last night I ordered on line the three breast and two wing meal extra crispy. I got two greasy crusty old breast original recipe and 4 crusty a## wings. You could tell they have been sitting for a LONG time! It was the worst KFC ive ever had. The last time i came before this one they gave me some old a## chicken as well but at least it was the extra crispy recipe. ( by the way ive been eating KFC long enough to know the difference!) Iwill no longer be going here.

I rolled up to this fine establishment, ready to feast on some finger lickin good fried chicken, expecting a flavor explosion that would make the heavens sing. But instead? Instead, I was met with nothing. Nada. Zero. Zilch. Because, apparently, at this particular KFC, serving actual fried chicken is more of a suggestion than a promise.

Now, to the owner....if you’re a franchisee, I sincerely hope you’re paying attention. If you’ve noticed sales mysteriously dropping off after 7 PM, it’s not because people stopped craving crispy, golden, deep-fried joy. No, no. It’s because your employees are racing against the clock to shut down the fryers. "Sorry, we can’t make chicken, the fryers are cooling down." Oh? You mean the fryers you need to actually run your business? The ones that keep the doors open? Fascinating.

So let’s talk business hours. If you’re open until 10 PM but effectively stop serving at 8:30, let’s just be honest with the good people of this town. Maybe change your hours to reflect when customers can actually order food. Something like, “Fried Chicken Available Between 3 PM – 5 PM (If We Feel Like It).” That way, we know not to expect too much.

To my fellow fried chicken seekers: adjust your schedules accordingly. Plan ahead. Maybe take up meditation to suppress your rage. Because at this KFC, it’s not about when you want fried chicken, it’s about when they feel like making it.

The chicken is ALWAYS DRIED OUT. Went several times and always the same. Cole slaw and mashed potatoes are fine- actually the best coleslaw anywhere. Too bad they can’t get the chicken right. The 84th and Harrison location in LaVista has excellent chicken, CB needs to take some pointers from them.

So why buy charity books if your stupid workers stopping making food at 5pm. And at least 2 of any item is to hard for these tweeks to make.

Ordered 12 pieces of chicken for take out order. Got home there were 9 pieces. Payed extra for breast's, received thighs instead. The legs were small and looked leftover from lunch. Very disappointing!

The tenders had way too much pepper on them. We're very spicy couldn't imagine a child being able to eat them.

Terrible service!!! I ordered French fries and when I went to eat, they gave me mashed potatoes even though we told them we wanted French fries. You pay for what you order and like.it shouldn't be the other way around.

I usually review nice restaurants and I know this is KFC, my wife and kid wanted KFC mostly because my daughter just had braces and she wanted the mashed potatoes. I pull up to order and I am informed that they are completely out of chicken, how is a place that specializes in chicken, it's literally in the name, how does such a place not have chicken.

To make this adventure even more fun, I had a car behind me and it took them about 8 minutes to get the guy in front of his food to him.

If you come to this location I strongly recommend that you park your vehicle and walk inside.
Or better yet, how about if you're out of chicken put up a sign letting people know.
