Tried to stop here for an eat-in dinner with the kiddos after a long day of running errands. Sign says lobby closes at 9:00, but we were turned away at 8:02. Employee at counter simply said "Our lobby has already been cleaned, so we're doing carry-out only". I noticed a very clean and empty looking lobby with chairs down and lights on (surely looked open to me) on our way in... Say what?? We went another establishment for dinner. Will not be returning.

We ordered the chicken tenders unaware that they were really spicy. I asked about the recipe and find the only chicken that is not spicy is the original recipe. So if you don't want spicy don't order the tenders. Oh, and the one off of Madison Ave doesn't have working restrooms so after eating finger licking chicken the only way to wash your hands was with sanitizer. Not very pleased with KFC today.

Chicken pot pie was great.. never had 1 before.. they don't make them up here in Canada so we stopped in there to have 1.. it was a very nice little KFC. Staff great and lots of nice pictures inside.Parking: Big enough for 3 school busses

I ordered a 2 piece white meat combo. Chicken skin was so hard from sitting under the warmer and the meat was dry to the point it was like shoe leather. I couldn't eat it. $8.01 wasted. Tried to call 4 times to complain and got hung up on each time. I'm livid at this point. Someone needs to make things right.

The food seem to be old. It was not very warm. The chicken strips where hard to chew. Even the biscits where very dry as well.
Worst KFC I have ever been to in the US and overseas. The last time I went the chicken tasted like old oil. It left a film of oil in my mouth that tasted awful. I used to frequent this KFC but no more. Either get better management or shut down. Please and thank you.

Well here's how this went.I just got done with a 14hr. Shift. My wife went too Council Bluffs Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ordered about $45 worth of food foodOrdered about $45 worth of food. including Chicken strips. Well they for got the chicken strips. So she call back and they told her to come back now. Or your sh_t out of LUCK!!!!!! No you can not stop the next........ Yes I will take time out too make sure that the Owner knows how they are doing Business?. As well as the area manager?
