Got the 16 piece family pack, most of which was gross cold wings and a few of everything else. The sides were ok but the fries were hard by the time we got home (I live very close by) causing us to immediately throw them away. The best part of the meal was the biscuits which were unbelievably soft and perfect. Do yourself a favor and go to SuperSaver, Hy-Vee or Family Fare for fried chicken.

I ordered a 2 piece white meat combo. Chicken skin was so hard from sitting under the warmer and the meat was dry to the point it was like shoe leather. I couldn't eat it. $8.01 wasted. Tried to call 4 times to complain and got hung up on each time. I'm livid at this point. Someone needs to make things right.

I work at McDonald's across the street from them. Our building is under construction. Our lobby was torn apart. I was going over there after work. I would order a soda and sit down, and call my husband to pick me up from work. It was only going to be while I was waiting for our lobby to be rebuilt because there was no place to sit and wait just long enough for a ride home. A few times whoever was working gave me my drink for free. of course I always say Thankyou because I appreciate the kind gesture. However I always went with money prepared to pay for my drink no matter what. I never expected anything for free, I was always prepared to pay. Then one day Sabrina the manager asked me if our lobby was any closer to being done because my going over there every day was starting to get on her nerves a little bit. It's okay I now take my $2.13 a day for my soda, and my business elsewhere. Also I want everyone to know that Justin, and the other two young ladies who work there during the day are awesome. They will never make you feel unwelcome like Sabrina might. I think corporate should have a talk with Sabrina and give her a friendly reminder that without customers she would not have her job there at KFC. Telling a customer they are getting on your nerves is a great way to lose a customer. Also I do not allow my family to eat at a place where any one of us, myself included are made to feel unwelcome by an employee. So from now on my family and I will eat at KFC on West Broadway where none of us have been made to feel unwelcome in their establishment. I don't know we might eat there once in a while if Justin, or the other two young ladies are working because the customer service does go above, and beyond when those three are working because they are just that awesome.
