Food was very undercooked. Ordered a steak medium well. Served rare to medium rare. Service just ok. I mentioned steak wasn't cooked enough but nothing done.

First time dining here. We had a good experience! They have free bread for appetizers and the food came out fairly quickly. I got the mashed potato, sirloin, corn and Caesar salad. My partner got the ribeye, Mac and cheese, sprouts and a drink (as I type this I realize this was a lot lol). They ended up giving us a free dessert because they insisted the wait was longer than expected which was super nice of them. All in all the bill came to about $60.

Steak was cooked to order but looked like it was cooked on a flat iron and not a grill. To me I think steaks a much better tasting on a grill. Thats why I gave 3 star. Service was great up until we needed to pay out, we were on lunch break and needed to go.

On March 13 my parents and my wife and I went to Longhorn for dinner. My dad and I ordered the filet. His was very good, mine seemed more like a sirloin. It was not very tender and I had two bites that I couldn’t eat because there was so much gristle. When I asked the server if I had accidentally received a sirloin, she said no, that they had changed suppliers and they had been hearing complaints about the filets. She said she would tell the manager. Unfortunately that was all that was said about my concern, she brought the bill and we paid it. Was very disappointed about the experience we had that night.
