We ordered choose 2 both orders came out wrong when delivered to our table. The veggie sandwich had turkey on it and the salad came with no dressing.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches, one for dinner and one for my lunch the next day. My companion ordered a salad and a slice of cheese cake, I also got a McAlister's tea.
To start with we were in around dinner time and when I asked for a baked potato I was told they were all out. What ? All out of a signature food at dinner time. I'm going with poor management on that one.
I've never understood America's fixation on onions. There are very few instances where I'll eat one, so I ordered my dinner without them. Now my receipt says I order without them, the paper on the container with my sandwich in it says no onion but for some reason it has onions on it. The one I ordered for lunch didn't have them in the recipe so no onion there. As far as I'm concerned as soon as those were put on the sandwich it was ruined. I got the order to go, rest assured if I had discovered that in the restaurant I'd have had it remade. As it was I got as many of them off as I could then ate a sandwich that tasted like onions. Thanks for that.
The pie wasn't in the bag and we had to ask for it and I also had to ask for the tea I ordered.
To summarize, I paid $42 for an incomplete order that tasted like onions, I think I made myself clear on how I feel about those.
Now the question is this, given that McAlister's is pretty much out of my way, should I ever have a reason to go back ?

This place has great food and we come back often. The service is fast and food fresh. My only gripe is that they need to clean their fabric seats and walls!
No complaints
Great place! Love the Sami’s. Haven’t had one that I haven’t liked. Followed with a strawberry lemonade and a Brookie! Makes my day.

Wow! This was my first time eating here and it was delicious! I got a grilled chicken salad. I know where to go for my salads from now on.
Parking: I had no problem finding a spot.

I love this restaurant! Wonderful cheese and broccoli soup and pecanberry salad! You can order from your table with their app and they always ask if there is anything else they can bring you when they deliver your food. In the evening though I can't tell that it's open. The windows are too dark. I've almost left thinking you were closed. Please add an "Open" sign.
