My husband came in and ordered our food. He ordered a club for me. I start to look it over and only one slice of bread had mayo on it. The bacon? I asked him to order extra for me, lol...this was so sad. It barely had a thin full piece on there. Definitely will never get anything from there again. For a first time, I'm ashamed for your establishment. I want to post a picture but, I'm not seeing a place offered.

This will be a quick review, there are videos posted.Just a spud was absolutely delicious,chicken caesar salad that my daughter had was good.12 in French dip was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend that for anyone that comes here.The spicy turkey melt was not terribly spicy it had excellent flavor I like avocado so I thought it was great.Macaroni and potato salad sides were excellent.We all agree that we will be coming back next time I will try the Reuben.

What a disappointing experience. The quality of McAlisters has significantly declined. I ordered chicken tortilla soup which was apparently just seasoned goo, shouldn’t there be chicken or something in this soup other than 3 green onions on the top? Also this location is FREEZING! I’m literally shaking from the cold while I write this!

Great club sandwich and potato soup. Nice place to meet friends and stay a while and visit.
Had the pick 2 salad and sandwich. The chopped salad had good flavor, however the salad was definitely NOT chopped - full leaves of spinach and big lettuce chunks. The Turkey sandwich with avocado was excellent. Arrived at the restaurant after 1:00 pm. There was a long line, almost to the door, and 2 people taking orders. It was very slow placing our orders, went back to order dessert 20 minutes later and waited in line again for quite a while. I'm not sure what slowed down the ordering process.

I had been here a couple times before and liked it so when T Mobile offered a $4 of coupon I thought I'd come by. I had a half spud with a half sandwich and it was pretty good. The cashier wasn't welcoming and seemed kind of irritated, so there's that. Plus I thought it was pretty chilly in the restaurant but that might just be me, I do tend to run cold. The restaurant is clean and maintained in excellent condition and it's very attractive. There's a lot of parking right at the door.

I was looking forward to a good salad - ordered the asian crunch salad. The spinach was neither washed nor deveined. The greens and broccoli were warm and not at all crisp; it looked as if they pulled the spinach straight from a produce bag and threw it in a bowl. The salad was incomplete; it included neither cabbage nor carrots. The chicken was not "grilled chicken" but instead appeared to be thinly sliced chicken intended for sandwiches... and for this they charged nearly $12! Very disappointing.
