This used to arguably be the best Mcdonalds in town and has just disappointed lately. The last couple times we’ve gone (even during off hours) we’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for our food after pulling up. Yesterday my husband sat for almost an hour, finally went inside and waited another 15, making it obvious they either gave away his order or forgot to make it. It’s one thing if it’s a rare occurrence or during busy hours but it’s not.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I had my kid place an order for pick up for just him, 1 meal, as a pick up order on the app. He placed the order at 6:23 pm and drove down the hill from the bowling alley to McDonald's. He che ked in and pulled into parking spot #4 and ended up having to go in after over 45 minutes of waiting for his food. He FINALLY got his meal after waiting over an hour and after they claimed they did not get his order. Funny when the app let him place the order, pay and check into a parking spot but they didnt get the order?! Placing an order online is for convenience and no one should have to wait an hour for a pick up order! The worst thing is he had to go in and ask about his order after 45 min and then got mediocre warm food. Poor poor poor excuse for customer service and management! This makes me very sad because ai know some great managers at this location but whoever worked tonight is awful!

ordered drive through, sent us an a whole bunch of other cars to wait at the numbers and took 15+ minutes to get us our food all while other cars in the drive through were getting to get their food and get pushed through

Went inside to eat which turned into a nightmare. Kids meals burgers were wrong, I ordered 10 piece nugget and it didnt come when they brought it out so I go up and tell them. I also didnt get my dipping sauce so I told him when I let them know about my chicken nuggets. So I wait about 10 minutes for my chicken nuggets and still no dipping sauce so I let him know that when he dropped my nuggets off, so he says I will be right back im so sorry. 5 minutes later still no sauce so I go to the counter and the same guy asked if I needed anything. I told him I am still waiting on my dipping sauce. There was also 3 other customers sitting inside that had messed up orders. My wife was in the drive-thru and ordered a hamburger kids meal got a chicken nugget kids meal.
Now on the the seating area. I had to clean my own table because every single table was dirty. The flies were absolutely horrible along with the bathrooms. My 3 year old son didnt even want to pee in there because there was about 50 flies in the handicap stall. I will never go back to eat there again. WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

I ordered two 6 pc chicken nugget kids meals with sweet tea and I’m sitting here wondering why one of my kids is trying to eat my others chicken nuggets. I asked him to stop and he kept saying “ they didn’t give me nuggets” I didn’t believe him so I made him give me his box . there were none in there. I looked around him and in my other son’s box thinking my other son grabbed his but they weren’t. I expect to get what I ordered and I didn’t. A 6 pc NUGGET meal and you forget the NUGGETS. this is BEYOND annoying. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but don’t have people doing the damn food if they aren’t watching what they are doing!!!
I like that this location seems to be less busy and therefore quieter and more peaceful.

Went to the Bennett Ave location. On Friday's on the App, they offer FREE Fries when you use the app and a item purchase of $1. I got the fry code then ordered a sandwich, the code didn't show up for the fries and the drive thru employee had no clue, said I had to do it during the order process which I did. If you are going to offer something then do it, it's that simple. Maybe train your staff to know what they were doing. For a cheese burger at $2.99, they sent me to a waiting spot and it took over 10 minutes and me asking where it was. This place needs new management who will run it like it should be ran.
