Went to the Bennett Ave location. On Friday's on the App, they offer FREE Fries when you use the app and a item purchase of $1. I got the fry code then ordered a sandwich, the code didn't show up for the fries and the drive thru employee had no clue, said I had to do it during the order process which I did. If you are going to offer something then do it, it's that simple. Maybe train your staff to know what they were doing. For a cheese burger at $2.99, they sent me to a waiting spot and it took over 10 minutes and me asking where it was. This place needs new management who will run it like it should be ran.

Had to ask for napkins to clean our own table. Order arrived wrong. Had to step behind counter to get condiments due to being ignored. Food was dry. Fries were cold. Terrible experience. Sweet tea was good though.
