We waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup, so we went inside to retrieve our order after observing others receive their food promptly upon arrival. Upon returning home, I discovered that all but one of the McNuggets were mushy, and that one was frozen. I contacted the restaurant to request a refund, but they offered only to remake the order or provide coupons. The nuggets appeared to be excessively oily.

4 Seasons BBQ

The last few times I've been, the food was not good, buns were dry and hard, and service was very slow. It'll be a long time before I go back.

Well, I made the mistake and went back. I got a 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meal for my grandson. We get home and have no chicken nuggets. These people want $15 an hour or more and can't even put the main thing in the happy meal. The fries were ice cold, and the drink wasn't even close to being full. We gave the fries to the dog and went to Burger King. Yes, they got our order, right. No more clown for me. Zero stars 👎👎

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for my food at curbside finally went in. Asked for my food. The lady was rude, made the excuse that she was short staffed but the drive through was getting there food without any issue so I asked her if she was the manager she said she might be so I asked her what her name was and she said I don’t have to tell you that then asked if I wanted a job and then said do you want to know what I really think as she was facing away from me and then changed it to no I don’t think you want to know what I’m thinking. Worst service l have ever had at any of the McDonald’s in the area.

Burger King on 30th and Ames I don't like how I got that wall up where they can't see who's at the counter you got to yell to get somebody to come to the cashier

Basic Buster

I’m not one to complain about customer service because I understand what it’s like to work in the field and I understand that people make mistakes- orders can get mixed up, things fail to make it into bags, etc. However, what I do not understand is how or why an employee feels the need to be incredibly rude to customers who have done nothing to deserve it. We were in the drive-thru - it was windy, cold, and we were trying to speak over the sound of a running vehicle. We were sat in silence for a moment, we ordered, we were “ignored,” and, after another moment, we spoke our order again with a slightly raised *speaking voice as we assumed the employee simply did not hear us. It was in that moment we were met with incredible rudeness and attitude from the employee who accused us of “yelling” at her, which we most definitely did not do. That, combined with the incredibly long wait for what is supposed to be fast food, is in no way an acceptable way to serve customers. Anyways, to make a short story even shorter, our experience tonight was incredibly unpleasant. I hope the next time we order from here, the employees are in a better mood.

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant in my life. I waited 20 minutes for a large fry and 20 nuggets. There were people there waiting long before I ever got there. I person working the dining area. The employee working started arguing with me about how long my order was taking. The manager shorted my refund and then refused to give me her name or the employees name in order to talk to the general manager about the service. I’m actually appalled at the behavior I just received
