Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I recently dined at Olive Garden, and while the food was outstanding, the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, which was a good start. However, things started to go downhill from there. After sitting down, we waited far too long (around 15 to 20min) before anyone came over to greet us or offer drinks. It felt like the staff were either overwhelmed or just not paying attention. We tried to get the attention of the server, but they were busy with other tables, and it took a significant amount of time before someone acknowledged us.

Once the server arrived, the service felt rushed, and it seemed like they were trying to juggle too many things at once. Our drink refills were delayed and we had to ask for them, and our plates were left on the table longer than expected, creating a feeling of neglect. It was clear that the restaurant had some staffing issues or just wasn’t operating at full capacity.

That being said, the food was as delicious as ever. The breadsticks were warm and perfectly seasoned, and the salad that came with my meal was fresh and crisp. The main course, pasta with a rich and creamy sauce, was flavorful and satisfying. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. It’s clear that Olive Garden takes pride in their food, which made the poor service more frustrating.

Overall, while the food made the visit worthwhile, the service was subpar. I’d still consider returning, but only with lower expectations for the service.

I have to give this a one star rating because of the kitchen manager that was hosting. I walked in and he said "what do you want" I'm sorry am I inconveniencing you by wanting to eat at your establishment? Then he just walked away and expected me to follow him without saying anything and got mad at me for not knowing to follow him. I suggest putting him back in the kitchen away from guests because you will lose business because of him. He was also on his phone the entire time he was up front too. I hope yhe general manager is not running this restaurant like this I would want to know about my staff especially management being rude to guests. Food was good as always but I think I'll head to omaha to give them my business from now on. Stay away from this olive garden.

The waitress was slow at getting to our table and taking our order she brought me a dirty plate for my salad I asked her to please give me another one and she just rinsed it off and brought it back to me by all means it was still dirty I asked her in the beginning for bread oil and vinegar and we got our appetizer before we even got our bread and vinegar I think the Olive Garden is a knockoff of Italian food if you want a better experience go try a authentic Italian restaurant instead of eating there the food was Bland you can tell the shrimp is old because it had that fishy taste the appetizer was the only thing with any kind of flavoring if it wasn't for us having a gift card we would have never gone there

One of the greatest restaurants I’ve ever been to. The foods quality is amazing, tasty, delicious and fresh. The service is always great and is always helpful, patient and caring to the customers. The atmosphere is absolutely astonishing and if I were the owner of that restaurant I couldn’t imagine what changes I could possibly make because it is already perfect and you cannot change something that is already perfect. I still remember the first time I went to this restaurant and smelled the inside; from that exact moment I knew, this restaurant was going to be one of my best experiences ever. If I had the chance to hangout with Lionel Messi I would definitely take them there and I recommend all humans to give this restaurant a try. It can change your life and the way you view things in this already beautiful world. I have been blessed by the almighty Heavenly Father to be born in a time where Olive Garden exists and I am eternally grateful for that.

Always go to this Olive Garden when my wife and I are at work. Food is always spot on hot and tasty. Staff always very helpful and courteous as well. Recently had a catering order where some items didn't get included. Called in and talked to Jose the manager on duty and he took immediate ownership of the issue. After discussion we agreed on a resolution, which was fair to both of us and ended the call ammicably. We will definitely keep coming back to this location and others in the Omaha market as we've always had great experiences when we've come.

best olive garden experience we’ve had in YEARS. it brought back all the sweet memories of what made olive garden so special to me and my family growing up (in Pennsylvania). it’s been multiple years since i’ve felt magic at olive garden, but my partner and i are traveling back east from Wyoming and we decided to stop here for dinner and we are so glad we did. there was no wait during dinner rush, despite it being busy. our waitress, Miranda, was extremely attentive and kind— she made sure we got refills before we even needed them! and there were two managers walking around helping the waitresses + personally asking each table how their experiences was going, to ensure everyone was getting their food timely + everyone was happy. food tasted fresh and delicious. we normally avoid eating out, because it’s usually a flop, but we were genuinely impressed by this whole experience! :)
