Ordered my food, sat at windows for 5 minutes waiting for food, the clerk came to windows and told me I needed to wait in a parking stall for my food. It has now been 10 minutes and am still waiting for food.

We stopped by during a road trip, we didn't want basic fast food, and this was a nice option to have so close to the interstate. Overall clean, including the restroom-staff was friendly- food was fresh (of course same options as you get at every other Panda Express)

They open at 10. We got there at 10:10. No one acknowledged us there for another 5 minutes. The buffet container didn't have food in them yet. They were still cooking the noodles. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes. So we ordered and paid and waiting for our food. At 10:25 we had to ask someone if they could turn on the fountain pop machines.
Tables were dirty. Floor was full of food. Told person that and she wiped food onto floor and never swept it up. Heavy set girl behind the counter was so loud and talked way to much about other employees she worked with. Who wants to listen to that while they are eating.

I love this place Panda Express, but today I was very disappointed. Usually I go there. All the staff are professional and the service is fast, but this time it was not. The hall was empty. I stood waiting for 23 minutes, and the manager or administrator I do not know, pretended that I did not exist. 01.07.2025
